There are many awe places of interest in the immediate area including Aasleagh Falls, and the Village itself featured in the movie “The Field”. The village provides ample places to eat and drink and the local shop will supply you with everything you need for your self-catering holiday. Further afield, the towns of Westport and Clifden are both a 20 minute drive. Galway City is 40 Minutes.
Local activities include boat tours, fishing, hill walking, pony trekking, kayaking, coasteering and much more.

The cottage is centrally heated throughout and also offers a wood-burning stove. The cozy living/dining area is well furnished with a comfortable sofa, fireside chairs, oak dining table and chairs and multi-channel TV. The kitchen is well equipped with all necessary equipment including cooker, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave. Laundry facilities are available and include a washing machine and a dryer. The bathroom has WC, sink and shower. Outdoor seating available. Towels and linens included. Wi-fi included.
