In July and August, on request from the owner and depending on the weather: private land on the edge of the Charente for fishing and picnics about 2 km away, to share with the other gîte.

Heating: pellet stove at an additional cost (15 kg bag of pellets = €12.5) + electric convectors (electricity to be paid as a flat rate).
