Step into this luxurious 3 story Estate overlooking Pickwick Estate. The main/entry level offers a gourmet kitchen with wrap around bar seating that overlooks the dining area, living room w/ wood burning fireplace and deck. Enjoy the uninterrupted, spectacular water views of Pickwick lake from inside or outside from your private deck. Upstairs is a loft style master suite complete with whirlpool jetted tub, separate shower, and double vanities. On the lower level you can access a stair case which will take you down to the Marina where you can dock your boat for ease of access on and off the water. There are two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. One bedroom is on the water with a private deck. There is an additional twin bed in the hallway for extra sleeping options and a washer dryer in the unit. There is parking directly in front of the Estate and a swimming pool for guest use as well as propane grills & fire pit tables.

One of the best experiences!
Family and friends joined together for our vacation at the Villa. Itā€™s absolutely beautiful, the view was amazing, and the owner and manager were able to respond to any request within an hour. We could not have enjoyed the lake more, and this Villa was the icing on the cake. I would recommend these villas to anyone interested in a fabulous vacation.

This is a beautiful place and the view was amazing. Decorated beautifully in a modern vibe. It had everything we needed. The linens and bedding were high quality. The mattress in the lower section was very uncomfortable. It needs to be replaced . It caved in in the middle.
