Room and linens were clean. Walls, doors and other touchable surfaces could stand a good scrub. The room was labeled non-smoking, but you could absolutely tell it was a smoking room at one time (likely still in the the aging carpet). We stayed to avoid insane hotel costs downtown Cincinnati, and got what we paid for. The clean bedding and bath would earn another stay for me. Staff was SUPER friendly!

Most at home feeling place
It's not very wheelchair accessible or at least the rooms we got were not but the staff did there absolute best to make it as accessible as possible and because of that we absolutely will be returning our next trip in that area ... I have never felt more at home in a motel in my life and that is really truly because of the people who work there

We loved our room. I would only say check the seal at the base of the glass wall in the shower. Some mold is beginning to form. A little bleach should fix it. Otherwise everything was super clean! Thank you! Bed and linens lovely. Towels fluffy and nice!
