Beautiful country farmhouse ideal for family gatherings, retreats, or just a quiet getaway. It was designed for a large family with family gatherings in mind. The house has 3 common areas, the living room downstairs with a wood-burning fireplace, a second common area upstairs with both couches and a ping pong table, and a sunroom with lots of plants. Outside, you can relax on the rocking chairs on the front porch, hang out in the gazebo, or entertain on the patio. The eat-in kitchen has a large quarter-circle countertop with 9 barstools. The dining table is expandable upon request. One corner of the kitchen has a dedicated coffee station with coffeemaker, espresso machine, mugs, and condiments.
The house has 2 master suits, one upstairs, and one down. The downstairs master suite has an expansive curbless shower with 4 shower heads and 2 valves. A deep soaking tub under a chandelier is accompanied by an electric fireplace for the perfect ambience when you need to de-stress. Don't worry about running out of hot water; a tankless water heater provides endless hot water.
The back porch and patio have multiple outdoor food prep areas including a pellet grill and a blackstone grill. Enjoy your outdoor meal around the gas fireplace!

This is our family home on a regular basis. As such, cabinets and closets contain hosts items. We are happy to share our home with others when we are traveling or camping.

Wedding Weekend
The property and home was absolutely beautiful! We stayed for our son’s wedding weekend in Blum and could not be happier with the accommodations. The house is spacious and so many areas to sit and visit. The outside is peaceful and inviting. LOVED LOVED LOVED everything about our stay.
