Beds very comfortable. Conveniently located by I-75. Just few minutes away and surrounded by tons of shops and restaurants. Overall, great location, clean room, and breakfast was mediocre. Would stay here again! Kids loved seeing planes taking off and landing.

The place was clean, the staff was very helpful, the area had everything possibly needed, free parking, and only about 10 minutes away from the airport. We also enjoyed the pool and the Jacuzzi. Our only issue was the AC in the room which couldn't be regulated (no auto shut off option) but after the staff helped us we managed to deal with it.

Hotel is not secure. Back door does not close all the way and therefore can be accessed by anyone at all hours. Room was so-so. Hotel is pet friendly and I noticed an odor.

I liked everything about this property, I would definitely stay here again. The front desk was very helpful with all needs, I think her name was Bobbi. The room was clean the breakfast was great, Biscuits & gravy, sausage, eggs, cereal, waffle maker, yogurt, fruit, bagels, muffins, bread for toast and apple, orange juice or milk. All day coffee and Hot chocolate are available. Location was great for going to the Ark and Creation museum'

Poorly managed. Changed our room to one with fewer amenities due to damage by previous occupants of our originally reserved room. Asked for repairs of the bathroom and entry doors. Had to repair the bathroom door myself. Asked for a invoice upon departure but staff said they coupl d only Email it to me. And... -next to the freeway and airport. Noise from both, especially the freeway. Bring earplugs! -breakfast is so-so. Limited selection. Juice was just colored water...almost no taste. I'm not sure how this property got the 8.2 rating. It doesn't deserve it!

For the most part, everything during our stay was fine. However, we discovered on our first night that the water in the faucet and shower ran very hot, to the point of scalding if the knobs were turned too far. I tried explaining to someone at the desk that the thermostat on the water heaters is set WAY too high, but they didn't understand what I was telling them. This needs to be fixed ASAP, before someone, especially an unattended child, gets very seriously burned.
