Stayed for the night for a work trip. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. I will be staying again when I have to be out of town in that area.

Everything were average. Reasonable price vs property condition and services. I enjoyed 24 hours coffee service. It was only one each coin operated laundry and dryer but no waiting for four times use whoile three weeks stay.

Left early and went elsewhere so we could sleep.
Musty, cigarette burns on the bedding. Tiny rough towels. Broken AC unit on the neighboring suite was shaking the wall all night. They fixed it the next day but admitted there had been other complaints about it. They only fixed it to try to get me not to cancel. I think our cat got fleas from the room. It wasn't super gross dirty but not well maintained.

Roach infested, noisy and staff will not care they'll just say if you don't like it here go elsewhere. Instead of fixing the problem or politely saying I'm sorry what can I do to help you enjoy your stay next time or this time..loitering and alot of smoking and brokem amenities, dirty rooms and need to wash the room cloths better snd curtains, dirty. Floor, holes in walls and blow dryer and phones don't work, air conditioning leaks, chairs broke alot, shower curtain stained, staff act like their family their is welcomed to do whatever but the guests have to stay in room and be non existent. They give u same room each visit like u have a disease and the better rooms they keep for out of towners
