3 BEDROOMS & 2 BATHS ON A NICE SANDY BEACH. INCREDIBLE SUNSETS!!! All rooms have separate, independent air conditioning and TVs.

Paradise A1 is close to the beach you still have a good Wifi signal from the condo! Peaceful location with lots to do nearby. Walk to Uvas, Tortugas, Chankanaab, Money Bar, El Presidente or the Marina. Easily wade in and out of the ocean. Enjoy great Snorkeling and Scuba Diving right from shore (we highly recommend night diving or night snorkeling). Dive Master, Scuba Equipment and Tank Rental available upon request. Paradise A1 is located well with in the Marine Park and close to all the famous popular reefs (sorry no fishing with in the Marine Park). Many of the Dive and Snorkel boats are more than happy to pick you at the beach and thus allowing you to avoid long boat rides to and from the Marinas (Just tell them to pick you up at Paradise Condos near Uvas). All smoking is outside. 4:20 friendly. There are ashtrays on both covered patios and on the beach.

We enjoyed the beautiful view and sunbathing by the tranquil pool deck. The two-level pool is steps away but just far enough to preserve your privacy. A few feet further, and you step on to the sandy beach and into the ocean, where you can enjoy some of the best snorkeling on the island.

The property was just as described by the owner. Lots of very useful information provided. Condo decorated and furnished to a very high standard, with free phone, Sat TV and Internet. Pool right outside the door, and the beach just steps away. Only a few minutes from downtown and close proximity to other beaches, great snorkeling and all the necessities for a terrific beach vacation. Maid service (Gina) was excellent, grounds and pool very well kept. Highly recommended for couples and families alike. We ll certainly be going back!

Awesome Bahia de Uvas

The property was much more than one could have expected from the excellent information provided on-line. It was perfectly located, awesomely provided with services that exceeded our expectations. Attention to details were much appreciated (e.g., making coffee and other goodies available upon arrival). While there isn't a real beach right by the property, the snorkeling just a few hundred feet from the property was exceptional. Thank you for an awesome experience!

We had a wonderful time at this property! We were directly by the beach and enjoyed snorkeling right out front! This is a shared space and we did have some loud neighbors (above and near us), including some who took some chairs off our patio. But this is to be expected when at a shared space. Overall the cleaners did amazing, the host was communicative, and we had an amazing time!

Yes! Yes! Yes! This place was perfect for our family of six adults. We snorkled every day from the beach in front of the condo. Beds were comfortable; all slept well. Monica was very easy to communicate with and willing to accommodate our needs. Great cleaners. Location between two beach clubs was convenient for bites to eat- if we weren’t making meals at condo, for massages and taxis. Recommend renting a car if you’re a larger party; cost $30-40 each way to town for family of six.

Loved our stay in A1 Paradise Condo! It was just as described. Location was perfect-best snorkeling right out front off the beach. We didn’t rent a car and used taxi service to get around the island. I recommend stopping at Soriana or Chedraui to grab breakfast, snack and grill items on your way. It got expensive eating at the beach bars everyday. Our favorite place, The Barefoot Lounge, was very walkable. They even had 2 bicycles for use-which made for a lovely ride south along the shore. Would definitely come back here! (Monica, our rental contact, was very helpful and quick to communicate!)

Awesome place

The property is as described, it so close to the water. Our family of four enjoyed our stay. Snorkeling right off the beach is great. Close enough to town. They did a mid week clean which was appreciated. The master can be a little bright at night but just close the storm door. We cannot wait to go back.

We LOVED this condo. The location, away from the crowds of San Miguel, is perfect. Walk right out the front door to your own beach and snorkeling. Walk down the street to several beach clubs / restaurants and other snorkeling havens. Condo itself is lovely, extremely clean and FULLY equipped. We loved the private patio off the primary bedroom. Sunset views were gorgeous. We had a car but, if you really want to get away from it all and relax, you don’t need one. Grab a cab from the airport, stop at the Super Aki to stock up on groceries and you are all set. Loved this spot and would highly recommend!

This condo is so close to the beach and very relaxing. The condo was clean and stocked with all the necessities. The owners were quick to respond to all of my questions and needs. They even stocked with our grocery list. There is not a lot of seating in the living room but we did not stay inside often. Excellent snorkeling right off the beach too.

Wonderful location and property!

This condo was perfect for our family of 5! One of the few places you will find ON THE BEACH in Cozumel. Kitchen and entire unit were very well stocked and met all of our needs. The dock next door was great for our scuba pick ups (we highly recommend Scuba Life) and the beach and property were kept beautiful by the wonderful and friendly staff of Paradise Condominiums. We will be back!

Great Spot; Exactly What We wanted

We really enjoyed our stay. Monica was very helpful with check-in; the place was clean when we arrived and did some grocery shopping for us in advance so we were all set to go the minute we arrived. The A/C worked in all the rooms, the kitchen was stocked and sufficient and there were floaties and a cooler and other water stuff there if we needed it. The master bedroom of living room and patios all have direct view of the water. The complex is small and mellow. Having Tortugas Beach Club next door was super convenient for food and drinks during the day and we were able to use their dock for a boat trip we booked with Chi Chi charters; though Tortugas has boats and tours too. The snorkeling out front is good and you are really close to Money Bar and Sky Reef for more snorkeling options. The drive back to town is about 10 minutes; I am very glad we didn't stay further South. I definitely stay here again

Monica has been such a pleasure to work with and more than accommodating of our needs! The property is beautiful and perfect location on the island. Snorkeling was beautiful and the sunsets are the best ever! Tortugas food is delicious and there services for water and land excursions is great as well. Thank you Monica for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful Oceanfront Condo the Beach at your Feet!

We loved this Paradise Condo 1A - just steps from the beach and snorkeling, a refreshing pool right out your patio door, Tortugas restaurant where you can grab breakfast, lunch or dinner on one side, and Uva’s on the other. The complex is smaller and relaxing. The unit was well equipped and the appliances and kitchen equipment top shelf. Monica was a great hostess and helpful accommodating us with everything we needed! We rented a car and enjoyed checking out different Beach Clubs and snorkeling every time. We highly recommend the Money Bar just down the road for great food and fantastic variety of snorkeling. Buccanos further North is also fun. Skyreef is also another favorite just 10 minutes South of Paradise with good snorkeling and lunch. Punta Sur is beautiful too. We loved Paradise Condos and enjoyed staying in and relaxing and cooking too, and enjoying the gorgeous sunsets from our front seat unit!

Best thing about this place was the location beachfront with amazing sunset views and crystal clear turquoise water right out your front door! Kitchen was stocked with nice touches like Mexican beer, avocados, bread, jam and some sodas. Nice to have that when you arrive late and just need to relax instead of hit the grocery store. Condo was comfortable although a little run down. Ants and bugs were a bit of an issue. Plenty of towels and paper products as well as laundry soap and shower condiments. Was mostly disappointed about how far from town (restaurants/shops/grocery) it was located. Really need a car to stay here unless you plan on cooking 100% of your meals or want to splurge on taxis regularly which don’t always show up when called. The beach area is excellent though and the water is spectacular and inviting. There is a great little beach restaurant (only daytime operation) next door on the side which had decent food and an inflatable trampoline to use if eating there. There was a beach club on the other side of the property which gets a ton of cruise ship excursion people and can make the beach feel overcrowded (although cruise ships stopped coming due to corona while we stayed at this property so it actually was pretty calm for most of our stay). Also, beach is super rocky so you def need water shoes to get in and out but makes for decent snorkeling. There are several other beaches to try nearby but still need a car/taxi to get there. Communication was great with the property manager and he went out of his way to accommodate us, even had a new mattress put in while we were there. WiFi was great and condo building itself was pretty quiet with nice tenants. Would stay here again but have a car to get around - we just prefer being able to walk out the door to local restaurants/shops instead of a 20 minute drive.

Perfect location

i recommend the property. The good: 1. The location of this property is absolutely spectacular. Literally on the beach. Trust me, you probably aren’t more than 15 steps from the beach. It’s awesome. 2. The management is conscientious and good at communication. This is comforting and I really appreciated that. 3. The kitchen is adequately stocked. I don’t know why you want to cook, but you can if you’d like. The food in Cozumel is as big a deal to me as the weather, the diving, the beaches, the snorkeling, the fish, or anything else. Go into town and eat there. 4. The appliances worked perfectly. We've stayed in a lot of condos where I couldn’t say that. But these were great. 5. The snorkeling is very good here. Bring your snorkel gear, you won’t be sorry. You can snorkel down to where ChanKanaab is and watch the dolphins and see some really massive fish that hang around the dolphin habitat. The less good: 1. The headboard in the master bedroom bangs against the wall every time you move. it’s loud and annoying. And in my case, the wife moves around all night and kept us up all night until I finally wedged towels between the headboard and the wall to make it OK. it’s hard for me to imagine that was a new development. It has to have been around a long time. I told the owner, but was told he could not do anything about it. hopefully, they fix it before you get there. 2. The safe sort of works. Kind of. The electronics don’t work. They leave the key out for you to use, but the lock is perpetually jamming up. This was very bothersome to me because we had brought about 50,000 pesos with us and it was nerve-racking knowing that the safe was unreliable. I wouldn’t bring any valuables to this property. 3. The pillows in the master bedroom were simply unacceptable. I would have a conversation with the owner before going if I were you. The pillows are rockhard, stuffed to the very limit. It was very unpleasant. 4. There are only 10 chairs on the beach. On a couple of days we just didn’t get a chair on the beach because everyone had taken them before we got up. Also, there are no umbrellas on the beach. I recommend you go into town and buy a cheap umbrella and just take your own. We didn’t do that, but I wish we had. 5. The best I can tell there is no cable TV or anything like it. Fortunately, I can watch my TV at home using a device called Slingbox. So it didn’t affect me. But I can imagine it might affect others.

This was our 2nd visit to the Paradise condos complex and we plan on returning. This unit is the best location, steps from the beach. A little bit more outdated than a 2nd floor unit that we previously stayed in, but the property manager is very responsive and is ready to make the small upgrades that will make it really shine. The complex could also add a few more beach lounges as they were in high demand during the busy holiday week. Love the space to spread out with the family and the full kitchen had everything we needed for simple breakfasts and lunches. Snorkeling off the beach wasn’t as good as 2 years ago, could have been that week’s rough water or coral disease prevalent on island. We dove out of one of the fancy all inclusive resorts, but our teens agreed they were happier staying at Paradise condos!

We spent a week at this unit in mid-November 2019. The unit was clean and equipped with plenty of clean towels and fresh water. The dive boat picked us up every morning at the pier next door. I highly recommend Scuba Life Cozumel if you are looking for a dive operator. We rented a car, and there was always plenty of parking available. Paradise Condos tends to be very quiet, which is nice. This unit is next to the pool and just a few steps from the beach. You cannot ask for a better location.

Wonderful Condo

Waking up to the beautiful ocean views every morning was awesome. We truly enjoyed our relaxing week long vacation. The owners made sure we were taken care of and had refreshments for us when we arrived. The beach is steps away from the front door with easy access into the water. Everything you need is right in the area! There is an awesome restaurant and drinks next door, relaxing massages on the beach and shops. We highly recommend diving with Ponte Buzo which is also located next door to the condo.
