Great people we have been to this resort 14 times great people and great service. From fredrico at the door and Martha at the desk to Cezar in Activities and waiters and bar tenders Santiago,luis German randy,.mateo,Aaron and many more they know us by name and treat us like Family. We came to this resort as a young couple, 1st time out of the country 25 years ago. Coming back was for nostalgia... wish we had not. It's not well upkept at all, and the few places is AC, were still so humid and sticky. The buffet is sad. The restaurant is quite good, however.

I can’t say enough good things about the staff at this property!! Everyone is very friendly, welcoming, and attentive! Rooms are very clean! Unfortunately, the facility itself is in need of serious updating. We loved being able to snorkel right at the resort and having the scuba shop on the property was very convenient. They do not have very many activities or entertainment- but the activity staff are great!! The food was tasty, but there are really only two restaurant choices. If you are looking for a relaxing low key vacation, this is a good option! That was the primary objective of our stay and it was a success!!

Been coming for years but most of the staff that i really got to know are gone now its like being around robots instead of friends. Property is getting ran down. Only thing they have is the beachfront is amazing. Snorkeling is amazing.

Tuvimos una mala experiencia con nuestra habitación pero lo solucionaron enseguida, cambiándonos. La canción de la bikina instrumental, suena todo el tiempo, a todas a horas, en todas las áreas. No miento cuando digo que era una repetición infinita. Después del segundo día, realmente se vuelve molesto. Ojalá pudieran hacer algo al respecto. En cuanto a las instalaciones y staff, todo fue muy bueno. Muy amables, serviciales y las instalaciones muy bellas con todas las actividades posibles disponibles y una playa pequeña pero hermosa y súper a gusto. Volvería solo si me aseguraran que cambiaron su playlist.

The food was good, people nice and beac was great. If they want to improve I would say some extra umbrellas by the beach and working on Cleaning the rooms more, it had a moldy smell and dirty sheets.

The staff is great for the most part, there was a few that wasn’t. They snorkeling was good right of the beach. When you book an excursion from the front desk you need to check everything about it.

The pools are open from 7 am-10pm! You could go to the restaurant for dinner without dressing up, just slip your cover up on (men need to have a shirt), eat and go back to your beach chair. Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Worst resort we have ever stayed at. From pulling up at the resort there was no one to greet us then we had to stand at the front desk for a while because no one seemed to want to help us. Food was HORRIBLE..pools were absolutely disgusting and had a terrible smell to them. None of the employees seemed happy at all so service wasn’t good all week we were there. Beds were the worst we have ever slept on, very old hard matresses. No fun entertainment for the kids whatsoever. We will never be back to say the least!
