We stayed at Melia for our friend’s 40th birthday in a Level Premium room. We would highly recommend Level services. The concierge, premium drinks, and extra amenities were definitely worth it. We had a wonderful stay.

We went to this property for one night to celebrate our anniversary. Upon arrival we were greeted by warm and friendly staff and felt welcomed. We were a little disappointed initially as we felt the property was older more run down than we had anticipated based on the property photos however the amazing service from all the staff we interacted with, cleanliness and great food quality made up for it. Eating dinner at the Fish House restaurant was the highlight of the trip and highly recommend booking your reservation there early if you want to eat there as it books up quickly - something we were not told in advance but got lucky with a cancellation. They also made our stay special with giving us an anniversary banner on our door, balloons in the room & a dessert at dinner. Despite it being more of a family vibe with lots of kid friendly areas and activities - it was still quiet and relaxing!

The staff: justo. Agustin. Ana. Amazing made my stay better because of them. Towels are not conveniently located. Bars not conveniently located. Dinning is not conveniently located.

We went with a group of 10 people, including kids, teenagers, and adults and everyone had an amazing time! We loved everything about Melia. The food was good (fish house was amazing), great entertainment, beautiful beach, and the service was top-notch. We were all sad to leave. Thanks for the amazing time Melia!

It was nice and relaxing staff helped with all excursion and last minute planning. Pictures of resort are reality no surprise miss haps or unexpected conditions.

Good food. Not a lot of dining options but the food was very good. They had 2 levels of stay. The premium gave you nicer rooms and premium alcohol. And a few other perks. We didn’t have premium but still very much enjoyed our stay. Alcohol is fairly watered down but you get that with every all inclusive. The staff was fabulous.

Loved our stay at Meliá. Stayed in the Level class and loved the Bali beds and beach service. Food was above average. Soft walk in sand beach, water not as turquoise blue, but still clear. We will return.
