Palmars Most Stunning Large Oceanview Condo 18’ ceilings & windows. Beautiful!

Luxury ocean front condo in an upscale mid-rise building conveniently located to the Cozumel Town Center. The condo is professionally decorated and offers all the amenities of home. The artwork and amenities are amazing. The 18’ windows aggregate a full view of the pool and the ocean. Watch the cruise ships come and go daily. Truly, everyone loves this condo! It’s extra large and roomy with a sofa bed and a trundle bed besides the king bedroom and there are two full baths. The master bedroom is elevated and there is a picture window to the ocean view. The kitchen has all American appliances and everything you need to get you started on your vacation if you wish to eat in. Coffee, creamer, tea, salt, pepper, oil spices and more including coffeemaker, toaster, blender, even a garlic press.
There is dining, snorkeling and other water sport activities and shopping within walking distance.
On-site workout facility, tennis, pool and heated whirlpool. Water sport rentals, day spa, jeep and scooter rentals are near by, References can be provided. The condo features TV, with American channels and Netflix, high speed Internet, 24 hour security, and free secure parking. The building is accessible and has 2 elevators.
The unit is managed by Chris and Victoria, Americans who have lived in Cozumel for 10 wonderful years, 8 of them in Palmar. We are here to help you with all your needs. Chef services are available upon request.

We do deep cleaning and provide maid service once a week during your stay. We proudly say that our housekeeper Martina is a professional worker.

Martina cleans only ONE condo per day in order to decrease contact among building guests. We will do our best to leave a day between guests whenever possible.

If we have guests arriving your check-out day we will kindly ask you to adhere to our check-out time at 10:30 am, otherwise you will be welcome to leave at 12:00 pm. In case you need to stay longer let us know, we charge a fee for a late check-out.

For your safety we are leaving spay disinfectant and disinfectant gel in each condo for your personal use during your stay.

We love to pamper our guest so we prepare the condo with a bottle of water and beer per guest, plus a basket with some snacks and a bottle of wine, in this way they can star to enjoy the condo as soon as they arrive.

We have two cars in great condition with air conditioning for rent. Both are standard transmissions for $45 a day with insurance included. They’re in much better condition than most car rentals. Contact us for availability and payment methods.

Our regular check-out time is at 10:30 am, we kindly ask to all our guests to adhere to our check-out time when we have guests arriving the same day. Otherwise you are welcome to leave the condo at 12:00 pm with no charge. Please confirm for availability.
In case that you would like to stay longer, we charge a fee for $10 dollars per hour.

Wife and I stayed here for 10 amazing days! The views were incredible, the condo has everything you could want/need, plenty of room to spread out! The staff at the Palmar are amazing and our hosts were great! I would definitely recommend to anyone in the area to stay here!

A Lovely Experience
This condo is just as described in the listing. It is very well-appointed in all aspects: kitchen included everything we needed to prepare meals, bedrooms and bathrooms were immaculate. While there were a couple of household "glitches" along the way, they were immediately addressed and promptly fixed. The two weeks we spent unwinding and relaxing in this luxurious space were truly enjoyed!

First visit to Cozumel
Beautiful condo in a location that has easy access to restaurants and taxis to get you anywhere you want to go. With this convenient location does come traffic noise, really only noticed when relaxing around the pool. The pool area was clean and always lots of space available to enjoy the without being crowded.We did not cook during our stay so cannot speak to the functionality the cooking/grilling spaces but they looked nice.This wasn't a big deal for us but I think good to note that there are steps to get down into the main living area, the patio, and the toilet in the primary bath, so while the facility is accessible if this is an issue for you you'll want to select a different unit.Loved the linens and plentiful towels for use. I found the bed very comfortable.The biggest complaint my family had was the horrible water pressure in the showers. It also took a long time to get hot water and once it was hot, it was really hot and difficult to adjust.There was a late change to our check out time, we had planned a late check out which I realize is not something that cannot always be accommodated but the late notice of this change, and only communicated via a message on VRBO which we easily could have missed, limited how we would have handled it had we known in advance. The owners were kind enough to let us leave our luggage in the condo while it was being cleaned, so that was helpful.Overall a good first stay on this lovely island.

Island Paradise
The experience was beyond what words can describe. A beautiful sunrise and sunset every day is the epitome of tranquility. The photos truly encapsulate exactly what you will encounter once you enter the property. The hosts Chris/Victoria are very responsive and give invaluable information on restaurants, island activities and fun facts. This is a great condo outside of the downtown area but close to fabulous restaurants and beautiful view of the sea. The kitchen is well stocked and the hosts are great to work with. I would definitely stay here again.

The place was amazing with beautiful views. The pool & hot tub area was wonderful. The location was great with so many restaurants & shops within a short walking distance (the Coco Cafe below was such a nice treat-great food & friendly people). The security at the place was very watchful & always helpful. The host/manager was very quick to respond with any questions I had, even though I didn’t have many at all. They had SO much information laid out for us (places to eat, beaches to visit, all that we needed to know about using the devices inside the condo). This was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. Would love to visit again & would definitely recommend it.

The condo was beautiful, clean, and stocked with amenities. It had everything we needed- we especially appreciated the number of towels provided and all of the kitchenware for cooking, they even have a grill and a place on the balcony to wash your dive gear. This condo in Cozumel is all one could hope for. It is STUNNING! The views are fantastic and the amenities are above and beyond. For this Midwest couple it was heaven, sitting on the balcony, sipping our morning coffee and watching the cruise ships come into Port. We found the beaches on the Eastern side of the island to our liking, as almost all of them had little or no people. If you're interested in staying in Cozumel, this is the place to visit. Beautiful condo overlooking the Caribbean Sea, you can walk to many amazing restaurants, although we had a car.. which I highly recommend. You’ll be able to visit all the beautiful beaches on the island. Take the ferry to Talum, see the ruins, swim with the turtles, go diving and snorkeling, see the light house.. so many beautiful places to enjoy.. the culture and food.. the beaches are so incredible! The condo had every possible amenity you would need! Plenty of towels, a whole set up for first aid, they even had snorkel gear.. we brought our own.. nice washer dryer, sunscreen, bug repellent.. too much to mention. The kitchen had everything you need to enjoy your stay. I highly recommend! We will definitely be going back! Had the most amazing time! Got to know security as you enter through the gate, they are really nice and very helpful! The hosts communicate very well, we used COSTAMED, and had them come to the condo, cost a little more, but saved on going to a clinic to get out Covid test done. The were very nice and professional, got out results via e-mail in 30 minutes.

Victoria and Chris were wonderful throughout the entire process and especially during the stay. Out 2nd time staying and they have made some nice improvements/updates to an already wonderful condo. Beautiful condo!
The condo lives up to the pictures! We don't have anything bad to say about the place... it is beautiful, comfortable, well-maintained, and well stocked. The property feels very safe as there is a gated entrance and round the clock security. It was nice having a keypad entry so that we didn't have to worry about losing a key. I would also like to specifically mention that the house cleaner does an exceptional job!
