The Ohio Hunt
A great little place for our base camp, as we hunt the nearby state properties. My 80 yr old Dad loves to tend the small wood stove. TY Linda & Larry for the extra touches. The stew in the crockpot when we arrive is a welcome after a long ride in from Vermont.

Weekend getaway.
We enjoyed our stay. The cabin is very rustic and very well cared for by the owners. They made it feel just like home. everything we needed was there and some other things that other cabin owners just don't provide for their guests. Very very nice owners that would do anything to make your stay as comfortable as can be.

Great cabin!
My brother in law and I stayed here for 2 nights during a cycling excursion and the cabin was exactly what we needed. We were there during a recent heat wave and the AC kept up with no problem. Everything was super clean, it was nicely landscaped, and all appliances were in good working order. The water pressure in the shower could have been better, but it still got the job done. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Definitely Recommend!
My fiance and I chose this sweet little cabin for our babymoon and we loved it! It was a great location so we were able to visit the lake, the local flea market, and even the nearby deer park during our short weekend. The cabin was comfortable and supplied all necessary amenities, and we loved being able to spend the evenings around the fire pit (we really appreciated that firewood was included!). One of the bedrooms has a cute skylight, and the living area was perfect for relaxing between outings. Would highly recommend!

Great for relaxation and escape
If youā€™re looking to ā€œdisconnectā€ from todayā€™s stresses that come from work, constant attachment to your phone, and business of everyday life, this cabin is perfect for you! I didnā€™t do all that much research and didnā€™t realize that there was no wifi but it only made the trip better. Gave me and my friends a chance to put down our electronics and just enjoy living with no obligations or stress. The traffic was a little loud especially with it being Memorial Day weekend, but we didnā€™t mind too much. Staying on the front porch, hanging out, and watching all the different trucks and trailers drive by was certainly a highlight of our stay. I was able to get back into reading books since I did not have any distractions from the TV or phone. There is also a very neat BBQ spot right across the street that serves great food! I definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a real hiatus from the bustling world we live in. Thanks Linda and Larry!
