The private entry gate opens to reveal the expanse of the villa that is built over two levels.

Downstairs is dedicated to living and entertaining, complemented by the added convenience of an integrated powder and laundry room.

The modern, fully optioned kitchen comes complete with a four-burner hotplate, under bench oven, large fridge, stone benchtops, dishwasher and ample storage/cupboard space.

Open plan is the order of the day for the spacious dining and lounge space that opens directly out onto the courtyard. The bank of timber stackable/concertina doors provide a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living.

Here you will also find your private plunge pool – the perfect spot to cool down or even enjoy a refreshing drink.
