I rang the hotel from the airport to see if we could check in early and was told they had no record of a reservation for us even though I had a Wotif confirmation re our reservation. We then had to search for alternative accommodation which we were lucky to get. I contacted Holiday Inn later to get some documentary confirmation that they had no reservation for us and they then advised that they did in fact have a reservation for us. It was too late for us at that stage so we would like a refund for the charge made to us.
