The hotel itself is fine, but it's not the London Gatwick holiday Inn. So be advised you'll need to take a cab or Uber to the airport about £25 each way, not very convenient.

So much less hustle and bustle than Athens or Istanbul. The quiet, laid back pace of Crawley was just what we needed after a multi-stop 3 week vacation. Conveniently located close to the Gatwick Airport and the Crawley town centre. We have found our new favourite spot to “decompress” for a few days on our way home from a trip to Europe.

Beds/pillows very comfortable. Also had a small fridge in the room. Reception offered to arrange a taxi for the following morning to get to the airport. Good food from room lservice. Our stay here was very relaxing, before our flight home.
