Summary:
Welcome to this fabulous air-conditioned modern mountain home that is drenched in sunlight, has amazing mountain views, is clean and thoughtfully decorated. This home offers you and your guests 2 bedrooms and two 2 full bathrooms in the Pitchfork neighborhood of Mt. Crested Butte. This home is dog friendly to one well behaved dog for an additional $100 fee, plus applicable taxes. This property has 2 flights of stairs, one outside and one inside.
The Space:
The covered front deck with sunshades welcomes you to the main level of the home. Here you will find an open concept living/kitchen/dining area featuring comfortable furniture and a 42” TV. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need for your stay; complete with all the glassware, dishware, small appliances, pots, pans, and utensils you’ll need. Please note: the town of Mt CB has a ballot measure to be voted on in November 2024 that could raise taxes 2%. If this passes, all reservations occurring in 2025 will be assessed the additional 2% even if it has already been booked.
Upstairs you’ll find two bedrooms where the master has a split king bed (always made up as a king) with an ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and vaulted ceilings. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combo with lots of storage for all your travel necessities.
If an alternative sleeping space is needed, the couch in the living room is very comfortable and there is access to a portable foam floor bed as another option (most suitable for kids).
Outside you will find a landscaped yard with a sprinkler system, maturing aspen trees and a two-car heated garage. You will have access to the garage to park in one space and securely store your bikes and gear. The garage door is 90 inches wide by 93 inches high. Your vehicle must fit inside with the garage door closed or pipes in the walls can freeze if left open. If you need additional parking, you have access to one space on the streets of Pitchfork. Always make sure you are reading the signs to ensure you are parking in a legal space.
For those chilly days/nights, in-floor radiant heat will keep you toasty warm. For those unseasonably warm, summer days/nights, the main living floor and both bedrooms have their own portable air-conditioners that can be easily assembled by putting the vent into the window and the cool air will begin to flow.
This property allows 2 vehicles. One in the garage, one on the street. No trailers or RV's.
No smoking allowed.
Renters 25 years and older are welcome.
