Enjoy your favorite beverage on the decks, while the city lights dazzle—level entry with a wall of windows in the open living, dining & kitchen: 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom & primary with powder room. Expansive deck decks with dining and lounge area. Lower level foosball, sofa bed, and bathroom. This is a one-of-a-kind location. Pet friendly with a fee and ACThis is a one-of-a-kind vacation home. The spectacular views are sure to dazzle day or night with city lights sparkling in the valley below. A rare ner level entry home and driveway. Main level open plan living, dining, kitchen. The wall of windows showcases the view and deck access with seating to lounge on or dine outside under the stairs. All 3 bedrooms are on this main level and 1 full bathroom. The primary has a powder room. On the lower level is the games room with foosball and a full-size sofa bed. ( bedding inside) also the 2nd bathroom. Outside you'll find comfy lounge seating and dining to enjoy the amazing view. AC for summer and Pet friendly with a $50 pet fee per pet, cats not permitted
