Really friendly! Close to the station and very clean. The bathroom was a little compact but very good value for money and excellent service.

The water taps in my room were loose and leaking and the sink was cracked. The shower cubicle was too small and the shower screen was loose. The draught beer was disgusting, stale and seemed as if the pipes hadn’t been cleaned for months and I made it known to the staff.

The staff were excellent but the bedroom was appalling. We were allocated a small room with a double bed shoved in the corner. The bed was so old saggy and worn we couldn’t sleep. The bedrooms need a complete makeover.
