A stylish ground-floor apartment in the centre of Cromer based within newly renovated apartment building 'Cromer Town'. Just a few minutes from the beach, the property offers convenient access to the array of amenities within Cromer, including many popular restaurants, cafes and shops.

Sleeping up to 4 guests (maximum 2 adults, 2 children), this property would be ideal for a family seeking a seaside break on the North Norfolk coast. A rarity in Cromer, Apartment 1 also has it's own allocated parking space at the rear of the building!

1 dog is welcome with prior agreement.

The Space:
Cromer Town offers six recently restored holiday apartments, each designed to create a homely and inviting atmosphere for your next getaway.

Apartment 1 features a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, a shared living/bedroom area complete with a king-sized bed, and an extra bunk bed room for children.

The lounge includes a comfy sofa, coffee table, and smart TV—perfect for cosy evenings!

The well-stocked kitchen has everything you need for meals, with a dining table for four. Apartment 1 also includes a washer/dryer.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower cubicle, wash basin, and W/C.
