THE CONDO IS LOCATED IN THE HEART OF FAIRFIELD GLADE, RIGHT BY THE MAIN 4-WAY INTERSECTION AND ONLY MINUTES FROM GOLFING, BOATING, SWIMMING AND FITNESS CENTER! We are less than a mile from the community center and many other amenities in Fairfield Glade.

Great end unit with patio onto courtyard and trees; shaded.
2 bedroom/1.5 bath condo/town home ; Living room, dining room, kitchen and half bath on ground floor. 2 bedrooms full bath upstairs. King size bed, queen bed, and pull out futon. Wilshire Heights area of Fairfield Glade. Full kitchen with appliances and all items needed in the kitchen are provided for cooking, etc. TV in living room and open dining room; ground floor is open floor plan. Walk out patio from living room with table and chairs outside. Stackable washer/dryer in closet on ground floor under the stairs. Half bath down stairs.

Simply Outstanding
We stayed to help family through some medical challenges. Given the length of time we were saying we needed a reasonable price with multiple bedrooms and a fully stocked kitchen with an area for me to set up a computer and work remotely. This checked all those boxes. Did I mention we brought our dog? The exterior faces a nice wooded area, it was easy for walks and potty breaks. We thought there was an issue which turned out to be a user error, but Nate was very quick to respond and very accommodating even though there wasn't really an issue. We couldn't have been more pleased with the property or with Nate's quick responses.

My husband and I were checking out the area to relocate. Our condo was in a great area and is near all the facilities for Fairfield Glade. This condo is very comfortable, had some nice touches like small Christmas Tree, seat decorations so very cute. I loved they had coffee for the coffee pot so we could get our morning coffee before going to check out the area. 2 Nice TV, with lots of towels and laundry soap for the W&D. Parking area is easy and there was plenty of grass area to walk our dog. Ate at the Stonehedge Grill - nice food and service and also at Red's Ale House - sport bar - definitely local

This condo was very comfortable. I liked being on the end unit. Very quiet and nobody bothering us. The host was very good. If I had a question, she would get back to me right way, very friendly and very helpful. We had a lot of shape and were able to keep the windows open for fresh air. I always like that. I like the Xfinity remote. We have that at home and it made my life much easier. We were even able to record some tennis programs.

Cute condo in Fairfield Glade
Condo is perfect for exploring Fairfield Glade. Good location. Condo was perfect size for my husband and I and our Golden Retriever. Had everything we needed. Host was very easy to communicate with.
