At the end of the village of St Drigent (Crozon), dead end, quiet, come and enjoy this haven of peace with neighboring nature, sea and birds bird sanctuary pond kerloc'h.

This traditional house of the 18th century completely renovated, and bright, you will enjoy the charm of stone and modern comfort. It gives on a terrace, a very big raised garden and an orchard without opposite.

Hiking trails nearby, you can quickly reach (10 minutes) the beach kersiguenou or pond kerloc'h.

A bit of modernity with Wifi Internet access.
The house is rented from Sunday to Sunday in summer, from Saturday to Saturday during school holidays.
We accept courses stays out of season (3 days minimum).

Such an anchor, the Crozon peninsula on the card at the western end of Europe. Crozon, its capital, is its real administrative and commercial center.

Of the 8032 hectares of its territory, its 8060 inhabitants live in more than 150 villages and localities which particularly stand out five urban centers: Crozon; Morgat its port and seaside resort; Freight relationships with Brest harbor; Tal Ar Groas road communications node; St. Hernot heart of one of the most beautiful natural areas in Britain.

The sea is the common denominator of economic activities in the municipality. It is the support of tourism development (water sports, nature tourism, resort, ...) while continuing to be the workplace for fishermen and shellfish farmers.

Agriculture, respectful of its environment, is dominated by livestock and forage production, but spaces will remain free to develop new forms of agriculture (organic) The major advantage of Crozon remains outstanding setting life.

Located at the bottom of the loop of Dinan, Goulien Kersiguénou and sandy beaches are exposed due west: beautiful waves get there. Surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, sailing, stand-up-paddle ... this is the most popular beach throughout the year. The baïnes are not formed here, so swimming is completely safe

Schönes Haus in wundervoller Umgebung
Zweckmäßige Einrichtung, alles Notwendige ist vorhanden. Könnte sauberer sein (v.a. der Außenbereich). Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und Unternehmungen auf der Halbinsel sehr gut geeignet; sehr ruhige Lage am Rand eines kleinen Weilers. Der nächste Ort (Crozon) ist ca. 2 km entfernt und bietet alle Einkaufs- und Versorgungsmöglichkeiten.

Logement propre, grand jardin non clos. Si vous recherchez un endroit calme proche de la mer c'est très bien. Une petite maison pratique avec tout ça qu'il faut (cuisine, jeux, TV, barbecue, ...) de quoi passer une bonne semaine de vacances même en cas de mauvais temps La personne qui accueille est très gentille et disponible en cas de besoin

Bezauberndes Häuschen in Strandnähe
Das Haus ist funktionell geschmackvoll (für uns gut mit Hund), aber auch sehr hübsch und charmant eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet mit Technik, Geschirr und Kochutensilien. Alles war sehr sauber. Danke auch an die liebenswürdige Verwalterin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden gerne wieder kommen.

1 semaine géniale, beau penty avec grand jardin.
Les 2 chiens et nous avons profité à fond des balades, du grand jardin, du calme et de la gastronomie locale. Si nous revenons dans la région, nous regarderons en priorité si ce penty est libre. Pas vraiment donné (surtout en haute saison bien sûr) mais super situation entre Crozon et Camaret et équipement en ordre.

Die Location war mit sehr wenig Liebe rein funktional ausgestattet. Der Vermieter scheint sich selten zu kümmern. Die Aussentoilette war vermodert und abstoßend, nicht zur Nutzung geeignet. Man könnte dieses zusätzliche Bad/ Toilette mehr als gut gebrauchen. Es gab 3 Liegestühle, davon waren 2 kaputt. Die Anfahrtskoordinaten waren total falsch. Der Vermieter muss sich besser um seine Gäste kümmern. Entzückend war hingegen die Housekeeperin Fati mottet, sie war wunderbar.

Traumhaft
Wir hatten traumhafte 3 Wochen in diesem zauberhaften Steinhäuschen. Wer Ruhe, Entspannung und Entschleunigung sucht ist hier genau richtig. Unser Hund hat den großen Garten sehr genossen und sich mit der Zeit auch gut mit den Nachbarziegen verstanden. Ein ganz großes Dankeschön geht an Mrs Mottet, die immer da war wenn wir mal etwas gebraucht haben. Den für uns schönsten Strand der Gegend konnten wir in ca 15 Minuten Fußweg erreichen und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wir sind verzaubert vom Haus, von der Gegend und von den tollen Menschen und kommen ganz bestimmt bald wieder.

Charmant Penty bien situé géographiquement et au calme absolu. Excellent point de départ pour découvrir la presqu'île de Crozon. Accueil de Mme Mottet très agréable. Litterie du lit double très inconfortable et oreillers à remplacer. La remise en etat des toilettes du RDC serait un plus.

hell und farbenfröhlich in ruhigem alten Fischerhäuschen
Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt bei zugegeben fast nur sommerlichem Wetter. Auch wenn das Haus etwas klein erscheint, bietet es genügend Raum für 4 Personen, am besten als Familie. Im unteren Bereich ist genügend Platz zum Essen, Kochen, Sitzen und gemeinsam beisammen sein, ein Teil davon bildet, um eine Stufe erhöht, den "Wohnzimmerbereich" mit Fernseher (HDMI-Kabel vorhanden für Anschluss z.B. eines Notebooks). Oben unter dem Dach ein freundliches Schlafzimmer mit Türe, davor die 2 niedrigen Bettgestelle, die eigentlich nur für 2 begleitende Kinder geeignet sind, eine andere Kombination ist nur schwer möglich (dieser Raum ist offen zur Treppe und damit zum EG). Die Picknick-Tischgarnitur auf der Terrasse zum Garten bietet bei gutem Wetter einen schönen Essplatz. Bäckerei und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Camaret-sur-Mer wie Crozon sind gut erreichbar (Auto knapp 10 Min.). Das WLAN setzt gelegentlich aus und muss dann getrennt und neu gestartet werden, dann funktioniert es sofort wieder. Zur wunderbaren Natur der Presqu'Île wurde bereits ausführlich vor uns berichtet! Einzig etwas problematisch war es, das Haus zu finden, da Mme. Mottet uns nicht erwartete, es keine Hausnummer gibt und wir das Haus von der Gartenseite (durch die man es als erstes sieht) nicht erkannten. Empfehlung: am besten über die GPS-Koordinaten suchen und sich damit versichern, dass es das richtige Haus ist. Christian Aldus

Nie wieder
Vorweg wir vermieten selbst eine Ferienwohnung, eine Einweisung, Begrüssung ist immer zwingend notwendig, die Verwalterin hatte keine Zeit und sie würde dann den nächsten Tag mal vorbeikommen, sie kam natürlich nicht. So mussten wir erstmal selber rausfinden wie wo was. Leider haben die Fotos mit der Küste und Strand nichts mit Objekt zu tun. Das Haus wird mit Meerblick angeboten...nicht mal wenn man auf dem Dachfirst steht. Es liegt auf der Meer abgewanden Seite, nicht alleine sondern in einer Ansammlung von Häusern und in der direkten Nachbarschaft grün gekleidete Menschen, die ihren Job sehr ernst nehmen, aber auch wie am Bahnhof ab um acht gut hörbare Durchsagen machen. Der Umschwung, Unterstand, Sitzplatz waren sehr dreckig die Blumenrabatte mit Unkraut überwuchert, meine Familie und ich haben am ersten Tag mal sauber gemacht, aufgeräumt und Unkraut gezogen, der Garten offen mit gut riechbaren Ziegen, die frei rumlaufen, wir haben einen Border Collie, der hatte seinen Spass. Für den Preis dürfte man doch wenigstens 4 gleiche Weingläser erwarten, es hatte nur drei, die unterschiedlich und noch mit einen Kaugummi am Boden verziert, oder Sitzauflagen auf die Holzbank, Gartenliegen, leider nichts da. Auch die Küche, ein Sammelsurium von Töpfen, zum Teil noch aus Aluminium, Besteck wie vom Flohmarkt etc. Leider auch das Bad eher Vorteilhaft mit der Kamera aufgenommen und mit Schimmel in den Fugen, ich bin 1.85 m gross, auf dem WC sitzen ging nur schräg. die Knie passten nicht unter das Waschbecken. Ich bin ein Mensch der eher mal etwas mehr bezahlt dafür hat man es so wie es sein soll. Nochmal hier stimmt das Preisleistungsverhältnis gar nicht

Traumhaft schöne Umgebung!! Sehr ruhige Strände gut zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad zu erreichen… mein Lieblingsort PEN -HIR ! Die Sonnenuntergänge muss man gesehen haben , man kann es nicht in Worte fassen !
