Culver Super Suite - Sleeps 5

Recently rehabbed and newly decorated, located one block from downtown restaurants, a six minute walk to the lakefront and Culver Coffee Company, and a short 4 minute drive to Culver Academies. This rental space is a fully rehabbed with recently updated decor. It is a private basement suite with a separate coded entry that incudes the following living spaces and amenities.

-Family room with a large screen HDTV , X-Box and sofa
-Queen bed in the same room as family room space
-Full bathroom with shower, tub and double vanity
-Separate bunk room with three twin beds (one is a trundle) in separate private room with door
-Laundry room with a full size washer and dryer.
-Coffee and tea station, stocked mini-fridge and microwave
-On demand water heater (no cold showers)

This large space sleeps 5 max with two people sharing a queen bed, two twin beds in a separated bunk room and a pull out twin trundle bed.

Note** A stocked mini fridge, coffee maker, Keurig and microwave is in the unit there is no kitchen and access to unit is down a short flight of stairs.
