New, equipped and comfortable house. With a large kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 suite, bathroom, TV room, and balcony overlooking the city !!! Easy to find, the neighborhood is quiet, a small stretch is not yet paved. The center by car is about 5 minutes. The house has a private entrance with access to the house by a ladder (not recommended for children under 10 and people with mobility difficulties). Guarantee included!
