Nice updated rooms, awesome location. The only thing I didn’t like was the cleaning crew. They need do not disturb signs. The cleaning folks knocked sometimes at 7:30 am!! They even called me on the phone at one point and hanging up. Besides that amazing stay!

The staff didn’t care about the customer at all I ask to clean the room everyday that I was there and they only clean once . Very disappointed , had to go everyday to the front desk to ask to reset my key because was not working properly.. and the staff was really mean did not care about the costumer at all .

Atendeu plenamente expectativas e necessidades

Atendeu plenamente às minhas expectativas e necessidades. Fui sabendo que o quarto não era enorme e também conheço a dinâmica/funcionamento Ibis, então foi tudo conforme o planejado. A proximidade da confeitaria e do shopping facilitaram minha vida. Estava perto dos meus amigos. E o bônus foi que, antes de ir, precisei de esclarecimentos... e eles foram dados com precisão e cordialidade.

Estadia ok

O hotel é simples e entrega o básico. Café da manhã é ok e o chuveiro era bom, mas falta manutenção básica nos quartos. Uma coisa ruim é que quando passam para arrumar quarto, abrem todas as janelas e ficam abertas até a noite quando você voltar e entram pernilongos. Ah importante sinalizar que o hotel só tem tomadas 220v (eles tem transformador, mas com disponibilidade limitada)

Vou pensar!

Não sou de reclamar, mas: Infelizmente, recebi a chave de um outro quarto que já estava ocupado, e foi muito constrangedor para mim e minha esposa, abrir a porta e ver pertences de outras pessoas. A televisão não pegava os canais com precisão. O Estacionamento tinha manobrista, mas as vagas eram em um estacionamento 24hs, próximo ao hotel. Não foi me dado nenhuma instrução, referente ao elevador, para o acionamento do andar. Fiquei no último andar e o mesmo era barulhento. Parecia motores trabalhando. Por isso, não tive uma noite muito boa de sono. Enfim; não sei se me hospedaria novamente.
