Property overall was kept clean. A bit noisy in the sense you could hear some neighbors talking. A good place to just crash and have a good enough sleep to recover and move on. The staff was friendly.

Overall we were very satisfied with the hotel value, the service was excellent and location was safe and quiet. We had exceptional customer service from Herson, whom went above and beyond to meet our needs. The pictures on the website were not all accurate but we were happy with our stay.

The hotel accommodations where excellent. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was extremely nice. A special mention to the host Henson who took care of us from day one going above and beyond to accommodate us. Will be recommending.

The hotel itself was nice; I was happy with the room and bathroom. But the breakfast was disappointing (just fruit and scrambled eggs) and the facilities (pool and sauna) are only available for a very limited time in the evening. There is also ongoing construction on the property, which woke me up every morning around 7am and continued all day. It was very loud and noisy in my room, otherwise I would have bee much happier with the stay.

The staff is very friendly, the place is clean yet you cannot rest. The noise does not allow you. Construction start very early 6-7am and finish very late. The staff have no consciousness of how loud the talk in the halls or the way the noise carried inside the Hotel due to their banging the doors, moving stuff etc.

We booked a room with two beds, but when we got there they informed us that they did not have a room with two beds. They had informed me that they had sent me a notification informing me that they didn’t have a room with two beds. Unfortunately, the advance notice didn’t help any, as my friend and I were on the Salkantay 5days/5 nights hike, in which I didn’t have any access to the internet or data on my phone. Plus, on the night of our stay was when we came back from the Machu Picchu hike late at night, and therefore, didn’t have time to stay at another hotel. The hotel tried to make it up to us by upgrading us to a suite. However, we were two grown adults that needed our own beds. So it wasn’t that helpful. One other thing, the hotel had a funny smell throughout the hotel and rooms. It was not a horrible stay, hence the 3 stars, but it wasn’t a comfortable one either. I guess you get what you pay for.
