The location of this mom and pop hotel is fantastic, very close to Plaza de Armas. The staff is very helpful and attentive and will make you feel at home. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is delicious. It was very easy to book a trip to Machu Picchu through the hotel and it went off without a hitch. The view from our room was amazing (see photo)

Casa Mayte is a beautiful quaint hotel in the heart of Cusco! The staff is wonderful and the hotel itself is gorgeous, the only but we have is that there’s no noise cancellations in the room! You can hear everything outside your room 😅

Francis the manager of the property was very nice and helpful in every way possible, she managed to booked my tours and I am so glad I did with her because I heard from other tourists that booked with other people how disappointed they were. That was definitely not my case, from transportation to food, Francis was the best to help. I saw her kindness with all her guests. I highly recommend her hotel.
