The house accommodates up to 8 guests and features an elegant swimming pool provided with solarium that faces directly the beach, which is within walking distance.
The solarium surely is the best place to enjoy the panorama, but you will get a great view on the coast from every corner of the garden. The landscape is particularly evocative in the evening when the sun is going down into the sea. A breath-taking setting for a late swim or a Sicilian style aperitivo.

The garden is adorned by palms and Mediterranean plants, it features also a beautiful veranda furnished with table and chairs, and an outdoor kitchen with brick BBQ and wood oven.

The house is on two storeys. On the ground floor you will the living room featuring a dining area that faces the garden, the kitchen and a bathroom. Downstairs on the lower floor there are the three double bedrooms and the second bathroom. One of the rooms includes a convertible pouf and a spare bed that can accommodate kids or 2 additional guests. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. Safety Deposit € 600 - All villas provide for the retention of the security deposit, before check-in, by pre-authorisation on the credit card or by bank transfer. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in the booking). Greater compensation for further damage is always legally valid.
