The apartment house with 4 floors is located in the Duhnen spa area on a pedestrian street, the distance to the beach is approx. 250m. The apartment is on the 2nd Floor. In the house there is an elevator, a bicycle room, a service room with washing machine and dryer, and a sauna (for a fee). This is closed from November 2019 to March 2020 due to renovation work. The comfortably furnished apartment has 7 beds, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed and a bedroom with two single beds. The fitted kitchen is equipped with a 4-ring ceramic hob, convection oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, egg cooker, other kitchen utensils and dishes for 7 people. The living room has a cozy seating area incl. Dining area. The apartment has a furnished balcony and a fixed parking space. A beach chair is available for our guests from May 15th to September 15th at no additional cost. It is a non-smoking apartment.

Schöne Wohnung, gut ausgestattet, gut gelegen, gerne wieder.
Schön, sauber, gut ausgestattet, gut gelegen, unkompliziert. Wohnhaus wurde vor kurzem großzügig renoviert. Das Haus und die Wohnung waren sehr gepflegt, die Wohnung gut geschnitten, stilvoll eingerichtet, großer Balkon, neue Küche, eigener Strandkorb am Strand, Parkplatz, WLAN kostenlos. Schlafräume ruhig und alle mit Außenrolladen versehen. Kommunikation, Buchung, Über - und Abgabe der Wohnung hätte nicht besser sein können. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, nur leider diesmal zu kurz, wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank !

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Wochenende. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Da das Wetter schön war konnten wir den großen Balkon und den zur Wohnung dazugehörigen Strandkorb nutzen. Idealerweise ist direkt vor dem Haus eine Bushaltestelle. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung in toller Lage
Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühl. Der Balkon lud zum Frühstücken ein (hier fehlt nur noch ein Sonnenschirm). Zu dritt war die Wohnung angenehm groß, für mehrals 4 Personen wird es etwas eng und das Geschirr knapp. Der Strand ist nah, und ein Strandkorb inklusive, die Bushaltestelle liegt unmittelbar vor der Tür. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne FW für 6 Personen, toller Aufenthalt
Wir hatten einen hervorragenden Aufenthalt mit 2 Kindern und 4 Erw. in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung hat eine schöne Aufteilung einschließlich Balkon. Eine sehr gute Ausstattung rundum, sogar Bücher und Spielzeug für Kinder, gutes WLAN. In den Betten/Matratzen lässt sich gut liegen.

Schöne neue Ferienwohnung in Strandnähe
Die Wohnung ist neu eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gibt ein Bad und eine Gästetoilette. Das ist super! Die Betten im Kinderzimmer waren unseren Jugendlichen zu klein/kurz und die Matratzen zu hart. Unser Großer hat auf dem Sofa geschlafen. Insgesamt sind wir aber mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden und haben uns bei unserer Gastgeberin gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung, super ausgestattet, Küche alles toll, selbst Spielzeug für Kinder ist vorhanden. :) Leider sind die Betten (1 Doppelstockbett und ein Einzelbett) im Kinderzimmer für Erwachsene ungeeignet, knarren laut bei jeder Bewegung und die Matratzen waren zu hart. Die Lage ist sehr gut, nur wenige Minuten zum Strand. Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, in der sehr vieles vorhanden ist (DVDS, Spiele, Küchenzubehör). Auch die Lage ist super, man ist schnell am Strand und in der Stadt. Lediglich die Bedienung des Fernsehers ist sehr kompliziert und mehr als vier Programme (über Internetempfang) konnten wir nicht finden.... aber der Rest ist wirklich top!

Toller Kurzurlaub.
Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön und passte gut zu unserer Familie. Sehr sauber, kleine aber gut eingerichtete Küche, Spielzeug und Bücher für Kinder. Nah zum Strand und ins Zentrum von Duhnen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Geräumige, stilvoll eingerichtete Wohnung in top Lage
Der Check-In verlief problemlos. Sehr netter Kontakt. Die Einrichtung hat mir sehr gut gefallen und auch an Utensilien für den täglichen Gebrauch haben wir nichts vermisst. Viele Restaurants, ein Aldi und ein Getränkemarkt sind in der Nähe. Zum Strand mit eigenem Strandkorb sind es ca 10 Gehminuten. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und bewerten die Wohnung und die Gastgeberin mit 5 Sternen.
