Our family-friendly apartment is located directly behind the dike, just a few minutes walk from the long sandy beach and the center Duhner.

Opposite is the adventure playground and the Adventure Golf Park.

The comfortably furnished apartment is located in the 5th Floor and is easily reached by elevator.

From the roof terrace you have a nice view in a westerly direction to the Wadden Sea.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a living area with a large couch and a dining area, a kitchen and a bathroom on 60 sqm.

The house also has a heated swimming pool and a sauna. Both were renovated in 2016.

Über den Dächern von Duhnen
Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es war sehr gepflegt und sauber dort. Alles was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt war vorhanden. Ob Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank mit Eisfach, Wasserkocher,Geschirr ,Besteck einfach alles war top.Die Aussicht auf dem sehr geräumigen Balkon mehr schon Dachterasse war sehr gut. Nachmittags mit Sonnenschei n. Wir komnen sicher wieder.

Erholung und Erlebnis
Es war ein tolles langes Wochenende und es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Wohnung im Terassenhaus in Duhnen ist großartig und auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen. Sehr gepflegte Anlage und eine saubere und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Direkt in der Nähe ist der Strand und man hat viele Möglichkeiten etwas zu unternehmen. Wir kommen nochmal wieder.

Kommen gern wieder
Rundum ein schöner Kurzurlaub. Dass das Bad nur eine Glasschiebetür hat, die mehr einen optischen Schutz darstellt, wäre schön in der Beschreibung der Ferienwohnung wiederzufinden. Alles andere war so wie beschrieben.

Tolle Lage, schöne und saubere Wohnung
Es waren ein paar schöne Tage und die Lage des Hauses direkt am Strand ist super. Man ist auch schnell ins "Zentrum " von Duhnen gelaufen und ist ebenso fix mit Rad, Bus oder zu Fuß an dem Sehenswürdigkeiten von Cuxhaven.

Sehr schön. Tolle Wohnung. Internet gab es mit Hotspot was aber nicht gut funktionierte. Aber das sollte kein Manko sein für die Wohnung. Alles was man braucht ist da. Würde sie sofort wieder buchen.

Die Wohnung war sauber und schön. Alle Zimmer in einem sehr guten Zustand und mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet. Auch den Balkon hatten wir fast täglich genutzt. Das Schwimmbad war sehr schön und sauber.

Im ersten Moment machte die Wohnung einen guten Eindruck. Beim genauen hinsehen aber nicht mehr. Der Balkon war dreckig und in den Räumen Spinnenweben. Das TV im Wohnzimmer wsr aufgrund der schlechten Ton Qualität nicht zu ertragen und die Birnen in den Deckenlampen waren stellenweise defekt.

Gemütlichkeit in zentraler Lage
Wir haben uns in der Wohnung wohlgefühlt. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, elektr. Geräte, Geschirr, Töpfe, Besteck sowie Gewürze sind reichlich vorhanden. Das Schwimmbad im Haus rundet den Aufenthalt aufs Angenehmste ab. Unsere E-Bikes hatten wir sicher in der Garage nachts geparkt, unser Auto wegen dessen Größe kostenlos 2 Straßen weiter in der Nähe vom Aldi. Mal eben den Sonnenuntergang am Strand genießen ist kein Problem, Fußweg gerade mal 100 m. Man darf sich von der Größe des Hochhauses nicht abschrecken lassen. Es ist sauber, gut gepflegt, absolut leise.

Schöne Wohnung
Wir haben uns in der gut ausgestatteten Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles in Ordnung und auch sehr sauber. Gepflegte Anlage mit schönem Schwimmbad. Die Lage hat uns gut gefallen, es ist alles schnell zu erreichen. Die Schlüsselübergabe lief reibungslos und die Vermieterin hat im Vorfeld auf Nachrichten schnell geantwortet. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben einen tollen Kurzurlaub in Duhnen in einer tollen Wohnung verbracht. Die Abwicklung war sehr unkompliziert und sehr nett. Die Wohnung war sauber und super ausgestattet. Von der Wohnung aus war alles fußläufig zu erreichen!!!!

Immer wieder Duhnen.....
Die Ferienwohnung ist sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Küche und Bad sind neu. Der große Balkon mit Blick aufs Wattenmeer - einfach schön! Die Wohnung liegt direkt hinterm Deich. Das Schwimmbad und die Sauna runden das ganze ab.
