Good Hotel, But know a few things.
I booked this for a quick getaway, mostly based on location and the intended use of the jacuzzi/kitchenette. The hotel was good overall, except upon arrival we found out the pool/jacuzzi was closed. The front desk person said they updated thier website, but i could not find it when I looked again. Also, parking is $7 (I'm assuming per night) which I could not find disclosed on the website. Its a fine hotel, and we would have been fully satisfied if the pool area was open....this was one of the main reasons we paid more for this hotel rather than others in the area without the Jacuzzi.

Great place, make sure you’re not by the lobby
If they assign you a room in the front halls on the first floor. It is loud. People were out in the common areas after 10pm very loudly. Then once breakfast opened you can hear people using their silverware, chatting, throwing their trash, all the things. I feel those rooms should be discounted.

Everything is ok except that the the pool and sauna or jacuzzi is under renovation. So their is no amenities. I hope the give discount because there is no amenities.

This was my 2nd stay with family here at Hyatt. It was a great place to have a little girl's night and watch movies and they hotel is nice and cozy.

For a Hyatt, it needed a bit more maintenance care with cleanliness in the elevator, hall way and the room's carpet which looks outdated and smells dusty. The room was spacious with very good amenities kitchenette. Beds are comfortable and very soft pillows and sheets are clean.

The stay was nice! The room was clean, the staff was wonderful. They also had complimentary breakfast from like 730-930 I think Monday through Friday and I think 730-10 on Saturday and Sunday. I did want to say they do charge $7 for parking a night so keep that in mind. They also had the pool out of service when I was there due to cleaning it.

Lot of potential. The place feels like it doesn't have much of a cleaning/maintenance staff. Filthy elevator with broken tiles, the shower in our room was filthy and backed up. The tv remote had greasy fingerprints on it. I wasn't sure if my room was even cleaned at all. Also, parking is not free here.
