Great Hotel on the edge of the bustle of Hoi An. Advantages being that it's quiet and away from the very touristy areas which can get very busy. The walk to the night market, river is about 12-15 minutes. The hotel is otherwise great. Pleasant staff, some who are trained well to sell excursions. We had a couple of misunderstandings which would have been avoided if they provided written information to know what is included and not. Otherwise they were very informative and knowledgable. The rooms are great. We got interconnecting rooms which the kids loved as they felt they were independent. We stayed at a relatively quiet time but can imagine the pool getting very busy when it's peak time. Note that the hotel will charge you for everything - which other places don't. So be mindful of this. Otherwise a nice hotel which we enjoyed staying at.

Context of our review, we are full-time travellers, with 4 children under 6 years that stay in low budget hotels, Airbnb’s, all the way to 5 star. Overall, we were really happy with us stay at Hadana. It started off being contacted by Thuan sending a WhatsApp message even prior to our stay getting us all set up with a pick up car to the hotel. Then greeted at the hotel upon arrival was great, cute character boutique hotel experience explained everything by Thuan whilst the other staff collected our bags - a great check-in experience. The hotel itself seem to be conveniently located being only five minutes drive outside from Ho An ancient town, a convenience store as well as restaurants and barbershops all around and a couple cafes The hotel itself seem to be targeted at a more elderly demographic which made a little bit more challenging for us to use the pool facilities as we are a little worried about making too much noise particularly with having kids under six years old. The pool is in the centre of the whole hotel with all the balconies overlooking so you do feel a little exposed by making too much noise with the kids. The room sizes are great. We had to purchase two rooms inter connecting and the staff were always very efficient with getting our rooms cleaned daily and also an evening turned down service which was really nice to have. The gym admittedly was pathetic, so don’t even bother thinking about that Everything else was just nice, we would definitely reco

We loved our stay at the Hadana Boutique Resort!! The room was very comfortable, the pool was wonderful for lounging, the breakfast was tasty, the spa gave relaxing massages, and being able to borrow bikes was a great way to explore the area and get to the beach. Best of all were our hosts, who always made us feel welcome and gave great advice on things to do and places to go. This is especially true for Thuan, who always remembered our names, was attentive to our needs, and gave great tips!

Our 10 day stay at Hadana was amazing. Food was great. Pool was ever so refreshing and relaxing with bar close by.. Staff are ever so friendly and extremely helpful when booking tours and translating to the locals for us. Or room was so spacious own balcony.. Had to buy milk but that is no drama as mini mart over the road from Hadana. Shopping great and in walking distance to Old city where the day/night markets are.

Hadana is a great place to stay and the staff are wonderful and friendly. They always make you feel welcome. We felt like part of the family. Amazing breakfast and dining, all the food we tried was excellent. Staff were helpful and always willing to spend time giving you any information needed on the area, transport, good coffee shop etc Thank you Stella, Sen, Mei, and all the staff we have not mentioned. We would love to come back and visit sometime and will certainly stay at Hadana again!

Beautiful staff, very accommodating with any requests. Organised transfers and have made my whole stay an absolute pleasure. The hotel is clean and modern with the facilities being upto a standard well above what your paying. The buffet breakfast had a huge range of foods ro cater for all people. The reception and lobby area is very nice. Considerable effort is made to make you feel appreciated. A welcome drink doesn’t add value for me, but the explanations of the area are great. The room and bathroom were really clean. Sheets and towels weren’t worn out and didn’t notice any staining. Comfortable sleep. I was told they upgraded me to a pool view room with balcony. Robe in closet for use. No slippers but flip flop sandals. Water provided, but they were in reusable bottles and “sealed” with a tiny piece of tape. Good on them for reducing waste. I only used it to boil some water for coffee. Decent buffet for breakfast. In-house spa services were good. I dipped my feet in the pool and noticed the edges around the pool are a damaged. Otherwise nice pool. The hotel is away from the busy tourist area so it’s nice and quiet to enjoy relaxing. That means it’s a bit of a walk to the Old Town and such, but they provide free bicycles to use. Plenty of staff on site to help and answer any questions. Although my luggage was left in the lobby when I returned later at night after check in. I was told someone would take it up to my room but never did. Not a big deal, just some feedback. Would recommend and would stay again

This is a wonderful boutique Hotel. The staff is incredible and the breakfast buffet excellent it’s with an a short walking distance of old town and mini restaurants and shops.

We enjoyed the stay at the resorts very much. The staff was excellent and the service provided by them. The room was excellent and comfortable . Hotel staff arranged the tours for us. The resort atmosphere was very good with nice pool facilities. We highly recommend this to all travellers who come to Hoi An.

The hotel was well decorated with a very pleasant pool area, a wide choice for breakfast and excellent, friendly staff. It is situated a 10 minute walk from the centre of the old town which can be silly busy, so you get the best of both worlds, a relaxing location and yet walkable to the centre

Truly lovely hotel just large enough and also small enough for the personal touch. Staff so friendly and the brekkie not bad. Some great restaurants around hotel.

This is not a four star hotel; it only three star. The staff are lazy and did not want to help out. I did not even use housekeeping for the entire 3 nights; however, when my husband asked to exchange a small towel because it felt on the floor, the girl checked the towel and said she did not see any stains, why exchange the towel. The complementary breakfast was suck, nasty, dirty; the breads were hard as if it was leftover. The worst is that this hotel wants to charge for everything. They have a handbook disclosing fees that will be charged if anything is damaged in the room, I.e. if you break a cup. Do yourself a favor, find a better hotel.

Information regarding tour or services is different from each individual staff. Repeated breakfast buffet menus. Limited seatings in buffet area. Smoking in non-smoking hotel. Chipping tiles in the pool.

Our stay here was absolutely spectacular!!! Special shoutout to Mei. She greeted us with warmth from the very start! We loved all of the staff at Hadana. We walked to the markets more than once and were able to find plenty of dining options within walking distance. We got a massage every single day of our stay. Highly recommend the bamboo massage! Thank you, Hadana, for making our first time in Vietnam an unforgettable one! We can’t wait to be back and will surely recommend you to everyone we know!
