The staff were so welcoming and kind, they remembered the smallest details about us and helped out without hesitation. Rooms were great, brand new and always kept tidy. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, so delicious every morning catering for everyone’s appetite. Location of Fusion is perfect if you want the best of both Da Nang and Hoi An, with elite golf courses across the road for a keen golfer. Would definitely recommend for both a couple stay or family stay, super relaxing. We didn’t get the pleasure of the Wellness and Spa facility being open yet due to construction but that looks amazing so I’m sure that will make an already special stay even better! Fusion still satisfied our wellness needs by organising a close by spa retreat with Naman next door. Highly recommend staying here!

The property is still a work in progress, but we still had a wonderful stay! The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff great. We look forward to returning for the resort's grand opening.

This was an amazing experience. We were treated so well by all the staff. They really go the extra mile for you. We got upgraded to beautiful villa with so much space. We were treated with champagne on arrival as well. The manager is really helpful and even arrange for us transportation back to the airport free of charge. Even though we could not do late check-out due to another guests booking. The manager gave us a complete new room for us to rest between the check out and the transportation. Which had amazing view to the ocean. We will be back guaranteed!

Very new hotel, beautiful pool and beach. Most of hotel staffs are very kind. Only one thing disappointed is that restaurant greeters didn't realize me long time even though I came into the restaurant and was standing. In addition she took the couple who came later to the table first. Water was leaking to the drawer under the sink.

Ein nahezu perfektes Resort: Toller, wenig besuchter Strand, opulente und toll eingerichtete Zimmer, netter Service, würd hier zu 100% wieder herkommen. Ein wenig Verbesserungspotenzial ist noch beim Frühstück da: Dieses ist nach einiger Zeit eher einseitig. All-a-cart Frühstücksgerichte, mehr Variation und mehr westlicher Style würde da Abhilfe schaffen. Ansonsten vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt

比較的新しい施設だったので非常に清潔で綺麗でした。しいて言えば、シャワールームの配管が少し臭ったのと、エレベーターのエアコンから結露？のような水滴が漏れていたことが気になりましたが、総合的に非常に満足しました。

清潔できれいな最新設備が整っている。プールもインフィニティプールが二段となっていた。食事も全世界に対応しているものの、Phoなどのローカルフードも用意されていて楽しむことができた。
