Our stay at the hotel was truly memorable, especially as we celebrated New Year’s Eve and my father-in-law’s birthday. The highlight was the stunning views of the river, city skyline, and iconic Dragon Bridge, which we enjoyed from our family room on a high floor. The room was spacious, featuring a separate bedroom, living area, and kitchenette—perfect for our family. The hotel’s indoor and outdoor pools were a great touch, offering year-round usability and keeping the kids entertained, though we would have used them more if the weather had been warmer. We also loved the New Year’s Eve dinner buffet and countdown event hosted by the hotel, complete with entertainment that made the evening unforgettable. Breakfast was a treat, with a wide variety of options available across multiple restaurants. The panoramic view rooms on the lower floors also impressed us with their views, separate living areas, and balconies. Customer service stood out throughout our stay—from the initial booking process to our departure, everything was seamless. This hotel gave us an unforgettable holiday experience, and we can’t wait to return! Hotel also right next door to a shopping centre with a supermarket and food court

Check in was a bit challenging. In the Expedia reservation, room we booked indicated king or two twin beds. But when we arrived, front desk indicated that they only had rooms with a single king bed. Common facilities such as lobby, pool and breakfast areas were elegant and inviting. The room however was run down and smelly. Lots of stains around tables and counters. Bathroom was leaking and smelled of sewer. Hotel location is convenient and transportation plentiful.

Amazing staff! Always very friendly and helpful. Hotel caters to mostly Korean patrons, so majority of breakfast items were Korean food compared to Viet food. Would be nice to have more variety of viet food for breakfast buffet. Hotel was very spacious and nice but seems like rooms are set up for extended stay with kitchen in all the rooms but no kitchen items.

Not like other Melia hotels
This hotel is a gar cry from the ordinaril high standards of the Melia. Ofttimes, the times the staff seemed evasive rather than helpful.
