For the price the hotel was ok ish. The breakfast was not good ( we missed 5 out of the 7 days because it wasnā€™t good. No buffet, a minus with about 5 items on it they bought to you. If you donā€™t fancy rice or noodle soup for breakfast it really limits you. Warm orange juice. No milk for tea or coffee only condensed milk. The room was spacious but a bit dated. The air conditioning wasnā€™t cold enough to keep the room cool so slept outside the sheets every night. Right enough we did have a sea view as described, if you looked either side of the foliage covered hotel in front of us. It is in a prime area from the beautiful beach. A road back. You have to get a taxi to get into the centre of Da Nang. Or rent a motorcycle although the roads are mad. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. ( although room service did knock on the door early at times 08.00-09.00 to ask if we wanted the room serviced. Our rooms windows stretched from ceiling to floor but you are wise not to open the curtains as the room will heat up like a greenhouse or worse still you will have two hotels able to look at your every move. The room did have a massive big comfortable bed, which is the main thing. Saying all this Da Nang and surrounding area is special and the Vietnamese people so so friendly, food and tours are great. Canā€™t wait to get back. I donā€™t think I would use this hotel again though.

I stayed at Nhat Mingh for a whole week, and it was the perfect location from which to explore Da Nang and the surrounding area. The hotel staff rocked, and each and every member was very accommodating. The free breakfast was nice perk; however, at times I thought it could have been a bit better. But I did love the little spring rolls that they served.

They try, but unfortunately the fact remains that thereā€™s karaoke on the street in front until midnight. Construction started at 6 am and in full swing by 7 am. Breakfast isnā€™t worth going. Other than that ā€¦ itā€™s walking distance to the beach and the staff are apologetic and nice. What can you doā€¦..?!

Close to the beach. Lots of good resturants near the hotel. The staff was really friendly and helpful. They also rent motor bikes to guests so that was also nice. The rooms were nice and cleaned well. The gym and pool are very small.

Very pleasant.
Such a good location and hotel. Originally had a mix up on my fist day in which i was allocated the wrong room but the second onwards was so worth it. The view from my room was worth every dollar spent. Lovely staff working here also.

Tout est acceptable mais sans charmes. Apres 15 jours au Vietnam, on s'habitue a l'extra qu'apporte les petits hotels. Ici, une grande tour, pour le tourisme de masse Chinois. Seul avantage: 2min de la plage. Rien a repocher mais rien a recommander non plus. Pas de regret mais on oubliera vite l'hotel!!

The hotel overall was good in several aspects but a few issues marred the experience. There is better value around there as this area is becoming highly competitive as ĐƠ Nįŗµng Viį»‡t Nam and its surrounds becomes a definite growing tourist attraction. Although some junior and support staff were most helpful the local manager I dealt with ensued with an argument over a pot of instant noodles. The robotic response from the young female manager was bureaucratic and inept. I tried to explain to her that an argument over a few cents of what she claimed was not worth the argument as considering the large money I had spent over several days there but she refused to listen to any logic persisting in her contention. Then she wanted the junior staff to fix up the change out of their own pocket when I did not have such small change. This wasted a lot of time and left a sour taste at the end of a good trip. My advice to the senior management is to train your middle managers a lot better and review how they respond. Having a blanket response to a policy statement is definitely not the best way forward to build improved client relationships and good reviews!

Nice Stay - Good service, location and clean.
This is a nice place very close to the beach. The buffet breakfast was beyond my expectations for the price. The front desk (Linh, Anna and Jennifer) were very helpful and nice! Rented a scooter there at a very good price. Clean room, everything worked. Nice strong hot shower. Good location. Nice service from staff. Wifi good on every floor.
