3rd time I have stayed here I upgraded my room for very little price, close to everything like restaurants, shops, spas, but most importantly the beach is a 45 second walk. This is my go to place in Danang staff and hotel are excellent, roof top pool is great with a fantastic view. Rooftop bar and restaurant are also really good and never crowded

Very good location; about 5 min walk to the beach. The free breakfast has a good variety, and was good. There are plenty of spa/restaurants/attractions nearby too. Be careful with the room service menu, as you'll be charged incorrectly per their quantity - price.

We stayed here for 3 weeks and enjoyed the hospitality and good room service. Breakfasts were nice especially pho and omelettes served by friendly staff Mateo and Ruby. Henry and Kelly at reception were always helpful as well as John and Dai. We would highly recommend this place for location to beach, cafes and restaurants. Definitely good value!

I don’t typically leave reviews, but this property and its staff truly deserve recognition. I booked a total of three rooms for our stay from the 16th to the 22nd of October, and I can honestly say the experience was exceptional. The staff here are not only friendly but also incredibly genuine in their care and service. For example, when it started raining, they immediately offered us umbrellas without us even having to ask. Another standout moment was when I wanted to book a spa treatment—it was so convenient and the process was fast and seamless, making the experience all the more enjoyable. What I really want to highlight, though, is the excellent service I received during check-out on the 22nd of October at 9 AM. The lady who assisted me was exceptionally sincere and kind. We had booked a transport van from the hotel to the airport, which unfortunately arrived late. She not only apologized for the inconvenience but went a step further by offering us a full refund for the van. It was such a thoughtful gesture and really showcased the sincerity and dedication of the hotel staff. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a genuine and outstanding stay. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond left a lasting impression on me. PS: I’m an Expedia Gold member, and this hotel certainly lived up to the high standards that come with that membership!

I don’t usually leave a review for my stay as I feel it’s time consuming. I checked out on 22nd October af 9am at this property. We booked a total of 3 rooms and the staff at the reception were really helpful and friendly. One thing I would like to highlight was the geniune sincerity of the lady while I checked out. I booked a transport from the property to the airport. Though the vehicle came late, it was her sincerity that makes everything ok and even gave us a full refund for the transport. I will definitely book this hotel when I’m back in da nang.

It was more than i expected; the location is next to many great coffeeshop and restaurants. The staff were friendlee and help, especially, Thong, very helpful. Overall, i enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

The property in itself was good, nice rooftop pool and bar, the lobby is lovely and the staff were fantastic and helpful. The hotel is close to the beach with plenty of dining options close by. The only issue was the noise within the hotel made by other guests. Perhaps this was the location of my room - by a tall open courtyard space that seemed to amplify any noise. The noise is the only issue I had with this hotel.
