We got a suite which was nice and spacious- had a little kitchenette and great view of the beach. Breakfast was disappointing: tons of options but none very tasty. the staff were cordial but I would not say they were super friendly. The pool is tiny for a hotel of this size. It’s walkable to a lot of restaurants. This hotel was ok - quite large but lacking character- felt like I was in Vegas. considering there are a myriad of options in Da Nang, I would stay elsewhere next time.

The staff in the TMS hotel are fantastic, the service was great. Hotel is in a nice area close to the beach & a quick grab ride into the town. The hotel room we had was spacious & clean, although the noise from the road & diesel generator that turned on at odd times during the day was disappointing. Overall we enjoyed our stay

I will begin this review by stating upfront that the staff at this hotel was superb. The service was extremely personable, personalized and incredibly attentive. They had messaged me before I even arrived to make sure that they got everything in order and helped me arrange various plans, including organizing a birthday cake for my friend. I have stayed at many nice hotels and I have to say that the service from the staff here was among the best I’ve ever seen. I was so impressed and I just think they’re all wonderful! Thank you to the staff! With that being said, we stayed at two different rooms during my stay: city view king and sea view twin. The view from the sea view is excellent - pay a bit more and book that one. You won’t regret it. The one (major) issue I have with the hotel is the fact that it had a lingering mildew smell in both rooms. It was so bad in the city view room that I had to switch rooms at one point. This is clearly a structural issue with the building and that is a shame because if not for this issue, this hotel would be 100/100. The mildew smell was so bothersome that I would have given a much lower score except that the staff just really did an amazing job and that alone pulled up my score for this hotel significantly. Thanks again to the staff.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel, starting with a smooth check-in process. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with VIP treatment, including welcome drinks and flower garlands, which made us feel special. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful throughout our stay, always responsive via the Hotels.com app, making communication seamless. We were also able to arrange rooms on the same floor, which made it much easier to stay connected. We booked a family suite with a sea view, and it didn’t disappoint—the view of My Khe Beach was stunning. As part of our booking, we also enjoyed complimentary high tea on our first day, which was a lovely touch. Though our stay was mostly positive, there were a few minor issues with the rooms. The kettle wasn’t working, the TV signal went out for a couple of days, and one of the air conditioners had a malfunction. However, the staff responded quickly and efficiently to resolve these problems. They were also kind enough to provide extra pillows upon request. The buffet breakfast offered a great spread and was delicious. However, we would have appreciated more variety over the four days of our stay, as the options remained largely the same. One small downside was that the mattress was a bit too firm for our liking, but overall, it didn’t take away from the enjoyment of our stay.

Business Trip to Da Nang
I was in Da Nang on a student recruiting trip. The hotel was very nice. It was close to the beach, had great views from the balcony, and had an amazing rooftop infinity pool. The toilet seat was a little uncomfortable. I did really enjoy the afternoon high tea. The service overall was more than satisfactory. I would highly recommend TMS Hotel Da Nang Beach.
