Gut zu wissen
Es ist eine kleine Ferienwohnung mit dem Charme einer Studentenbude, soll heißen, es kommt einem so vor, als ob die Einrichtung jeweils vom nächsten Studenten übernommen und teilweise ergänzt wurde. Der Zugang zur FeWo ist ein eigener schmaler Eingang (unter 1m) mit einer steilen Treppe, 14 Stufen. In der Küche wurde ein neuer Herd mit Cerankochfeld und Backofen eingebaut. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht, aber nicht in schick. Das Wohnzimmer ist jetzt anders angeordnet, der TV hängt jetzt an der Wand und es gibt zusätzlich einen Sessel. Die Betten im Schlafzimmer sind nur 30cm hoch, wer aus der Höhe aufstehen kann, ist okay. Warum Vermieter immer bei den Matratzen sparen ist unerklärlich. Das Bettzeug gehört ausgetauscht, vor allem die Kopfkissen (labrige Überreste). (Oder komplett selber mitbringen, hatte ich zum Glück.) Das Bad ist miiiniii. Zum Duschen steht man zwischen zwei Duschvorhängen, einer zum Schutz der Badtür, der andere zum Schutz von Toilette und Waschbecken. Der Abfluss ist vor der Toilette in den Fliesenboden eingelassen, also keine Duschwanne vorhanden. Der Boden ist dann halt erstmal nass, falls jemand im Anschluss aufs Klo muss. Vom Balkon sieht man auf die Wiese des Nachbargrundstücks und ein paar Parkplätze, flankiert von großen Bäumen. Wer mit diesen Begebenheiten klar kommt, ist in dieser FeWo gut aufgehoben. Zum Strand kann man prima durch den Kurpark laufen.

Das gesamte Apartment stank die ganze Zeit aus dem Duschabfluss nach Kloake, obwohlich ständig durchgespült habe und das Wasser abfloss. Der von unten vergilbte Klodeckel zu klein für die Kloöffnung und verrutschte immer. Toaster, Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine wegen Platzmangel auf dem Fensterbrett des schrägen Dachfensters untergebracht, Daher in der Höhe schwer zu bedienen für kleine Frauen. Ein Hocker wäre hilfreich gewesen. Ich könnte fortfahren... Der Balkon und die Ruhe haben einiges wettgemacht. Fazit: nie wieder!
