Terrible service. No free breakfast as advertised. The office was closed almost all the time. The property was not inviting. I was overcharged a whole night and it was not dealt with on the property.

The room was dated and dirty. There were dead bugs around baseboards, dirty bedding and there was hair all over the shower floor. When I attempted to take a shower the water barely came out and also the water wouldn’t drain.

Smelled smoky though was supposed to be non-smoking room. One crushed bar of soap & 1 shampoo, no conditioner. No blow dryer. No coffee. Enough towels for only one person not two. Shower was cool but never warm or hot. TP was almost gone. Office locked & no answer to calls so left message for more TP which was delivered late in evening after gone to bed.
