The staff was impatient and defensive without listening to our problem. I had to call this morning (3 days after our stay) because the $100 incident fee was charged to our card (no longer shown as pending). It was the same staff member, and they again didn't take time to listen and were defensive. They insisted that we were not charged and that it takes 3-5 days to disappear. The pillows weren't comfortable either, but the breakfast was good. However, we will not stay here again.

Modern hotel with great customer service
Nice, modernized hotel with great customer service, good breakfast and nice room. While there, the only real issue we had was the temperature of the room. It took a while to cool down the room and was somewhat humid, which probably contributed to the warmer temp. On the first level lobby and hallway, it seemed like the air conditioner wasn't working. Also, on the next morning the lights were out on the first level hallway and in front of the elevator. I’m thinking they likely had power issues contributing to the darkness and warm temps. I don’t feel like this was something that is a constant and probably a temporary issue. Regardless, I would stay there again due to the convenience to freeway, close to several eating places, modern look and customer service.
