Had a very comfortable stay at Comfort Suites DFW airport. The hotel offered a complimentary shuttle bus to and from the airport. The room we stayed in was comfortable and very quiet. Just be mindful that there is no on-site restaurant. Common areas quite shabby and and need of an update.

NOT SO GOOD !!!
Check in was fast room was spacious stayed 4 nights. Tv had no remote control told front desk soon we arrived they told us maintenance will bring one. They never did . Breakfast was some bread eggs and uncooked sausage NO COFFE. machine was broke . For 2 days they did not have any plates how were you supposed to get food with no PLATES told them but they did not care .

At first they told us they didn’t have extended parking available. They then said they could. Tried taking a bath, but the stopper didn’t work. The ice machine was broke. The breakfast was lacking. Coffee machine was broke, not plates for the waffles. Staff was not friendly or helpful.

Good Choice
I arrived early and was able to check-in. That was a big plus. The hotel gets a lot of turnover of stays, mostly one nighters for the airport, but they keep the hotel well maintained and reasonably clean. I was impressed by their ability to handle the number of check-ins and outs per day.

The area was convenient and near surrounding shops and restaurants. However, getting staff to clean was a shore in itself. They wanted you to request the night before for service to have your room clean. This was not relayed in check in. Called the desk and they said will send someone. Someone came just to give you towels and trash bags and had their child with them. Having to request service when this should be automatically provided was like begging someone to do their job. I do not plan to stay at this comfort suites again.
