The rooms were clean. The front desk attendants were great. However, outside of the hotel was very unpleasant. There were half naked or pretty much naked prostitutes walking around the parking lot that I had to consistently shield my kids eyes from seeing. I’m not sure if the hotel staff was unaware or just didn’t care but it was very disturbing to say the least. Other than that the inside of the hotel was great.

As I checked in, I went to my room and didnt like the window view (on 1st floor, overlooking back parking lot and curtain not close completely). I requested a different room and Avil made it happen. Staff very friendly at this location. Breakfast area was very clean and supplied with food both days. Fitness center was clean. Ice machine area was very clean. Elevator was clean. No issues/concerns at this time.

The carpet was not that clean and the overall appearance was not appealing. Someone tried to break into the back of my truck in the middle of the night and no one would do anything about it. There was a camera right outside the back door and all I can say is the staff was NOT doing their job. I would never return or recommend this place to anyone.

I was there for one night and I wasn’t told about the towing that happens.My partner had his car taken had no clue till the morning extra money for something they could have let us know about. The floors in the hotel room were moist.The tv did not work the controller had bad batteries. We asked for other batteries and was handed another tv remote controller and it didn’t work as well.The next morning when checking out there was no one too help me out, I was there for a few minutes waiting since no one was there for check out, I just put the room key in the box and left.Not the best experience had too pay for the tow of the car and place was not the best.

Overall good experience with the hotel itself. Area around it is sketchy but everything was good. Did have some trouble connecting to wifi but it seemed that the password is changed on sunday? I was given an expired one staff gave me current one and everything was fine after.

One of the rooms I got smelled like smoke and we ask to change rooms because the smell was so strong and so bad myself and one kid had asthma. They had rooms available, because they were still checking people in. The response I got was no we can’t change your room and this is a smoke free property.

We didn't end up staying. customer service was horrible. I also couldn't get my work done because there's no wifi. If they had told us prior to booking, we truly wouldn't wasted our time. We had to leave to look for another place that was convenient and safe.
