Very comfortable stay
For the price- extremely comfortable and clean. Friendly staff, beds were comfy even the sofa bed, it had almost a memory foam material. Pet friendly, plenty of green grass outside. Breakfast was basic but enough for grab and go. Perfect hotel for our needs.

Front desk at night is snobby & busy doing something or talking to someone else on the phone or computer while we are checking in that causes trouble in our payment because she didn’t see that it did not went through took her so long to check our payment due to very busy talking to someone else. The A/C leak inside the room that soaked the carpet so bad.

The rooms were ok but the carpet was grimy, the carpet in the lobby also the breakfast food was totally inedible the pool I looked at and no way was it as clean as it should be, the staff were courteous and attentive housekeeping staff a thumbs up the location easy to access

If you want something cost effective, but not dirty, filled with bugs/roaches, with big beds, deceng breakfast, free parking, and a safe environment, its worth driving to Plano. I stayed at 3 different hotels when i first got to Dallas and they were all PHILTHY. For the exact same price.
