When i arrived, it was later than the check-in time and my room wasn't ready. I had to wait thirty plus minutes. One of the staff members had to go check the room to make sure it was clean. When I got to my room, I noticed living bugs on the desk. I used my clorox wipes and clean them up.

This place is noisy. The staff needs training. They totally screwed up the check in still not sure things are straightened out. How they get your name wrong when they copy your drivers license and run your credit card after you’ve given them your name and spelled it out is beyond me.

The AC cut off and the front desk was absolutely rude & disgruntle about everything .. it was very uncomfortable.. I only stayed one night and they didn’t even try to accommodate me or my family with a better room! Gave me a bogus number to call for the manager and email .. haven’t heard anything yet .. This place is a joke ..

I thought the property was nice and clean. The carpet needed updating. The day staff was very nice and sociable. The night staff was decent. Not rude, but not overly freindly either. They just did their job.

Wifi was ROUGH! Comfy bed
Overall stay was decent. Breakfast was good, beds SUPER comfy. Problems: Wi-Fi would let you login and use for 2ish mins and kick you back out for both my wife and I. So entire stay did not get to use it at all. TV had a then black line down the middle of it , still very watchable. Small roach found dead. Front desk said there was nothing they could do for the Wi-Fi issue. So not a lot of help there, but front desk service are very nice.
