The property had a great outdoor space, lobby l, bbq area, and the rooms are esthetically nice and up to date. They did not once come and take out my trash or clean my room in the whole 5 days I was there. The thermostat on the room I stayed in the top floor would not go down past 76 when I mentioned it they did not do anything about it. In my whole stay the pool was not cleaned and the water in the pool got dirtier. I like the ambiance of the hotel and the convenience to all the restaurants on Belt Line Rd and Quorum Rd but the cleanliness of this hotel is very poor.

Property was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom could have been updated, but it was still clean. Didn't realize the elevator was so far away from the front desk. I would stay here again.
