The room was spacious and comfortable. Having a small refrigerator and microwave in the room was very convenient. The lobby and the courtyard provided space to sit and relax, and the grounds were very well kept. The hotel is in close proximity to the airport (< 10 miles away). If I find myself in the Dallas area again, I will certainly return to stay here.

It is close to the airport and has an excellent shuttle service. What I didn't like about it is there is nothing in the area to close to the hotel. There are no restaurants, coffee shops or anything really in the area. You will have to travel to get somewhere as there is nothing within walking distance or a close drive.

Marriott is my usual favorite hotel chain and I try to stay at them for most of my travels. I stayed at his particular property in August and it was fine. I was on the 3rd floor and did not notice the airplane noise but it was much more noticable on the 1st floor, which seemed strange. One of the trash cans had not been emptied but overall it seemed clean enough. The big problem was the fire alarm. They claimed it was due to renovations, but it went off 3 times during our stay - once right after check-in in the afternoon but the other two was at night when we were in bed and the next morning before we were dressed. Very unsettling! I know they do not provide breakfast which is perfectly fine but I do wish they would provide free coffee in the lobby. None of this is Expedia's problem but I probably will not stay at a Courtyard again. Although the Fairfield brand is considered a "lower" level for Marriott I have had more better experiences at that brand. On the plus side - the shower was awesome and the towels were good!

Lovely staff and services. My only complaints are that the shower pressure was so strong that it hurt, and my room had a weird smell that gave me a headache.

We were left stranded at airport after attempting to contact the hotel for shuttle for 45 minutes. Front desk comment once arrived was…”sorry we were busy”..?! We chose this property as we were flying thru. Advertised shuttle pickup from airport (advertised as an airport hotel). I expect a call from Marriot regarding this-
