Community microwave has probably never been cleaned. Bathtubs do not have a drain plug or an overflow drain. Too many fees.

Horrible. Just horrible.
Not the most ghetto place I’ve stayed unfortunately but it’s definitely a contender for the number 2 spot. Front desk man literally said “ID?” To me when I walked in to check in, took it and gave me a key and then went back to sitting on his phone. No other words exchanged. The room itself had a bed and a bathroom, barely a sink. The heat didn’t work and there was barely a sheet on the bed so we had to go buy a blanket for our stay. The bathtub had this rancid bath mat in the bottom that squished out mold water when you stepped on it. There was bugs and crusties and hair all over the floor like they hadn’t cleaned at all. The bed frame was a couch pullout?? Without the couch part?????? Bed sheet had cigarette holes in it. There was a weird what looked like blood splatter across one of the walls, and the bathroom floor was all jacked up like they were mid remodel. The bathroom door had like 1000 screws in it like someone had kicked it in and they just put it back together instead of replacing it. The neighborhood is also ghetto as hell, drug dealers literally everywhere, we were asked multiple times if that’s what we were there for. Witness an actual prostitution hookup which was wild, and people were getting high in the parking lot in their cars at all hours. Did not feel safe AT ALL. The house keeper lady was really nice though so that was cool. 0/10 don’t go here.

Worst hotel
Horrible, there was blood stains, cigarettes holes, hairs on the bed covers. No batteries in the remote control, and an odd stain on the wooden floor. My partner and I were not comfortable staying in the hotel, at 3 in the morning there was gun shots and we could hear people arguing. Never been at a hotel so bad in my life.

The property looked nothing like the pictures available. If I could’ve got a refund, I would’ve gone to another hotel. The tv did not work, no phone, staff was very unapproachable (stayed behind very thick glass-like I was in a prison movie. Beds were very uncomfortable, as well as the pillows. There were no blankets. Only what felt like two sheets on the bed. No racks to hang towels. No closet or place to hang close. Honestly, felt and looked like a large jail cell. Our door had to be slammed to close, and in some cases was able to be pushed right back open. Felt very unsafe. Area around the hotel is all industrial buildings. Would not, and will not, recommend this hotel. Very unhappy with the appearance and overall satisfaction of this property.

The pictures are not current in the least. My room was disgustingly dirty and unsafe. Cars on blocks outside and people live here, garbage everywhere. Found the batteries were taped into the smoke detector, and were gone, which is illegal. No mirror over sink, holes in the wall, toilet ran, shower was held together with blue tape. No chain lock on door that didn't really close. Staff is behind bullet proof glass and pretend they can't hear you. Checked in, and checked out within 15 minutes. Expedia should be ashamed this facility is on their site. Requested a refund since the place was illegally renting rooms, was denied. Do not stay here.

Although I booked a two-day hotel stay, I only stayed for one day. To date, I haven't received my refund for the extra day. According to the staff, I was charged for just one day, and they also collected a $20 deposit and $2 service fee.
