Not the best but I tried to make it work! The shower didnā€™t work. No breakfast only granola bars and pop tarts. Bugs flying around the juice dispenser along with a dark dining room.

Nightmare. From checking to check out. Room is so small honesty can't fit 2 people. Shampoo and body wash bottles were empty. No breakfast. Bed sheets had stains.

It says pet friendly but it's not please take that off . Checked in paid in cash. Was told to leave when housekeeper saw my cat. Manager did not want us there. We were asked to leave by 11 the next day. And we tried but had hard time find another place. Plus they tried to charge me 100 for staying after 1@ to vacat. Horrible to be treated like that.

I thought they offered a free breakfast, but no breakfast was available the next morning. This hotel seems to be an extended stay hotel which I do not like staying in because of the loitering that usually comes with it.

Horrible check in system that takes forever Talking to a stupid screen with someone trying to check you in,makes things so hard and complicated..itā€™s not easier to check in..the system is a failure..frustrating! Do not stay at this place,verbal fights,very loud coming from other rooms..very loud and unsettling,unsafe.

This facility has rooms that are dilapidated. There were nondescript white stains all over the furniture. The fit and finish of the room was extremely poor, so much so that photos were taken of all damaged and stained areas for fear that we would be charged for them. When these concerns were brought to the staffs attention absolutely nothing was done to make any adjustments or accommodations to rectify the situation. Lodgers beware and steer clear of this hotel

Very bad experience. If youā€™re trying to save a few dollars by going the cheap route stay away from this place . Horrible customer service by the front desk . Would not pick up the phone to schedule shuttle service from the airport and itā€™s ā€œfreeā€ . Had to get an uber to the hotel. Once at the hotel the hoops you have to jump thru to get a key is ridiculous. Once I checked in I got to the room and it was dirty, smelled like cigarettes , bed not made, trash and towels still on the floor. Like someone had just left . Called the front desk to inform them and the guy who answered sighed and just said come to the lobby. Went back got a new room on the third floor and once in the elevator the elevator was not working . Had to take the stairs of course . Overall a very bad experience and bad hotel .

This is by far the worst hotel that Iā€™ve ever been at. They donā€™t clean your rooms. They donā€™t bring new towels or anything that you need or that should be included. Iā€™ve had to ask over and over for them to clean my room and order to bring me towels, Iā€™ve stood here for three days and out of the three days they only clean my room one day and it was only because I had to continuously keep asking and calling for them to come and clean it and bring me towels. Iā€™ve asked to speak to a manager, and Iā€™ve yet to receive a call from a manager.
