Overall sub par from the moment you checked in. No help with the baggage. No help finding our room. No pool service (not even a person to tell you where to get towels). Bathrooms had warped doors with water damage. The Starbucks in the hotel was great and the valet staff was very friendly. Don’t waste your money.

We experienced fleas in our room, we were upgraded to another room same floor and this room was ok but on our last day there were also fleas in this room. The manager was informed and they were very nice about listening to our concern. Manager did let us know the first room was checked by someone and didn’t find anything. However, we have a video and pictures of the bites along with showing Kevin the night mgr or supervisor the fleas on the bed. Mgr was very apologetic and indicated we would get a refund. I hope they can resolve this situation as the hotel itself is not bad and location is very convenient. Staff is courteous and kudos to the valet parking staff, they managed to have our car on time, I strongly suggest calling ahead of time the valet parking as indicated upon check in.
