To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check and sign a guest agreement.
After you have confirmed your reservation, you will receive all details regarding how to arrive, our safety and security procedures, and any further communication will be sent via the message center only to the account that made the reservation.

If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7. The onsite staff is not equipped or authorized to assist you. Please be sure to reach out directly to us so we may resolve any issue should one arise.
