We were there for my husbands brain surgery, when we checked in we realized this was not a safe location for me to be coming in late at night. We only stayed one night and moved hotels. We would appreciate a refund of the other nights we did not stay. Thank you

This hotel is located in downtown Dallas and a short walk from a couple of dart stations. Your best bet would be to get off at the St. Paul station in order to access the hotel and avoid the many homeless along the route from the Akard station. The hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was also decent and had variety. Shoutout to the staff member Kameron, he seemed to be the only friendly staff member and greeted us as we came in and out of the building. Upon our arrival the hotel was having difficulties with checking people in and giving keys out. Kameron was hustling and going up and down letting people into their rooms. The other person at the desk was less enthusiastic and did not let us know the small details that are usually told to you upon checking in like what time breakfast took place or where the pool was. I called the following morning after realizing we were never given this information and the person who answered the phone was also unenthusiastic and seemed like I was bothering him with my questions.

The room was cleaned, but during our bed bug check we found a fingernail and hairs under the mattress, as well as a couple random ones in the room. Breakfast was nice. Overall a fine experience and we would probably stay again.

The room was not cleaned on 2 occasions. Hotel did come up and bring towels, tissue, etc. Front desk was friendly. Breakfast lacked variety. Same items every morning. No bananas...only apples and oranges. One type of bagel, etc. But it was nice to have toast or something before heading out.

Good trip!
It was great. Parking is very high - $100 for 2 days and it was very crowded loading and unloading. The traffic was crazy but the hotel and valet and staff all were great. We asked for more towels and they were quick and efficient. The ice machine on 5th floor ran out of ice but we went to another floor to get. The sink faucet in bathroom needs to be replaced. It is not long enough and the water goes all over the floor and table. It was quiet - we never heard any neighbors even though hotel was busy and full. Walking distance to some great bars and restaurants and we felt safe walking at night.
