I recently visited this location, I was in town for a graduation ceremony and had a wonderful experience overall. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the amenities and room were exceptionalā€”definitely a highlight! However, one staff memberā€™s attitude was a bit off-putting. While the majority of the team was friendly and attentive, this individual seemed disinterested and less engaging, which contrasted sharply with the rest of the staff. They should definitely coach him and give him additional customer service courses. Fortunately, this didn't overshadow the overall positive experience. I look forward to returning and am hopeful that the team dynamic will improve and be even better next time!
